The same day, a car was left in the parking lot of an abandoned building. However, police have been unable to find the driver.  Police are unsure if this has any significance to the case.

Police believe that the suspect had to know the area. This means that he is believed to previously live (or currently be living) in Delphi or work in town/visit town regularly.

They believe the suspect has already been interviewed or someone close to him has already been interviewed. Police believe that someone is withholding information on the suspect.
