What scares me the most
is the thought of losing you.
To roam the world knowing
I won't be coming home to you.
For whatever I did,
I apologize from the bottom of what's left of my heart.
I tore you to pieces.
That's not what you expected from the start.
I was such a fool
thinking I was all grown up.
You're family was right,
I just wasn't good enough.
It pains me to see
tears streaming down your face.
I once made you happy,
your face full of grace.
To say I don't know what I did,
just makes things more apparent.
Just goes to show you,
I wasn't ready for marriage.
If you do move on,
make sure you're truly full of bliss.
I'll be waiting in bed,
wishing I had one last kiss.
