so HERE is my vaguely-formulated plan for how the rest of the book is going to go down. i've mapped it out in very obscure and profanity ridden explanations of the chapters
i'm probably a little too ambitious tho
this is genuinely how i plan things i'm not even kidding like none of these have been altered to seem funny this is genuinely how my ADHD brain plans things out

49. Their relationship makes the Daily Prophet after the kiss and causes an UPROAR (oh fuck why is Ariel is so scared ?? could she be ~hiding something~? can i smell a hint of PLOT?)
50. Medea and Ariel part 2 because PLOT
51. Memories + trauma <3 (the second half?)
52. Francke confession, scar bruh moment
53. Pensieve with parents, with Dumbledore
54. It's Ariel's birthday so it's time to be CUTE and have them make-up at diagon alley, looking at the stars, visiting WWW

58. Harry invites her to his dorm ;) and things of the past are ~heavily implied~ but not said because Ariel interrupts him to say she's hanging out with Isaac and FORESHADOWING

60. Suicidal tingz but with ~ magic ~ this time
61. Professor Sweeney exposition dump and also Ariel is highkey traumatized wassup

66. Malfoy reappearing after sneaking away to say goodbye to Ariel when he comes back to get his things. With a sob, Ariel wraps him in a hug, and Malfoy tells her and Harry everything. Harry feels no jealousy, no animosity; he understands now.
67. Lucius' trial ?? Or Veritaserum confession earlier ? HARRY TESTIFIES FOR MALFOY AT THE TRIAL AND MALFOY COMES BACK
68. Isaac's funeral and MY EYES ARE SWEATING
69. Francke publicification to the press and UH OH IT'S ARIEL'S WORST NIGHTMARE !!
70. Harry being hot and protective part #19474 and Ariel starts to slowly come back to him because that's just soulmate tingz
71. Malfoy and Harry making up (NO HOMO ????)
72. Ariel + Harry "we're gonna be okay" and talking about kids, the future, and jobs. Then holding hands, head on shoulders, and boarding the train with Ron, Olivia, and Hermione, heading home for the very last time as five instead of six (I KNOW IT'S SAD I'M SORRY)
