I stopped in front of the door of my room and I felt a sudden hint anxiety to go in. I know it's my own room and I could just barge inside but after what happened I don't even know if I could show her my face ugh.

"Alright y/n you can do this" I tried to motivate myself and as soon as I gathered all of my courage I slowly open my door and saw lauren standing in front of the AC while it's on.

"Hey why are you not changing yet?" I asked as I stepped inside. Her attention turn to me.

"I I don't know what to wear and I don't want to touch anything of your stuffs rule number six" she turned back to the AC and open her arms wide.

She thought with the AC on she'd dry easily like that? I shook my head and walk to my cabinet to get some clothes for her. I grab warm enough pair of PJ's since it's still raining.

"Come on Lauren let's get you dry up" I said calling her and she turn to me again but didn't move from her place "I'm getting dry up y/n" she said but I turn off the AC.

"That's not drying you that's only making you cold now come here" Finally she slowly walk to me.

I make my way to the bathroom and settle the shower to it's warm setting so it won't be too cold for her.

"You can get inside now but wait five minutes for the shower to get warm then you can take bathe after that wear this" I handed her the towel and my clothes again of course.

She nod and gently close the door behind her. Fueh that wasn't so hard was it y/n. Actually it is I barely look at her in those emerald eyes.

I figure that she might take a little long there so I decided to go to kitchen and get her something hot to drink.

I went back to the kitchen and my mom is still there cooking dinner.

"After this call Lauren so we can all eat together alright" mom reminded me and i nod. I grab a mug and pour in hot water in it.

"Are you making a coffee?" Mom asked.

I shook my head "no I'll just get Lauren some hot chocolate".

She smile cheekily at me "that's what I'm talking about".

I curled my eyebrows in confusion "huh?".

"Nothing nothing go on finish that".

Geez sometimes they just act so weird you wouldn't even know are they teasing or what.

I gently stir the chocolate drink and carefully hold the handle before going back at my room.

When I came back and slowly pushed the door open I notice that Lauren wasn't out yet so I decided to place the mug of chocolate on my table while I sat on my bed waiting for her to come out.

She must've been enjoying her bathe since it's warm I mean come on who wouldn't enjoy a super warm bathe after being soaked in a super cold rain.

Ugh the image of her sitting back in that bench while rain is pouring keeps getting back in me and I felt just so bad.

Soon enough the bathroom door Creek open and Lauren step outside with a towel wrap on her hair.

I smile seeing her buttoning the collar of the top clothe.

"Hi y/n" she greeted.

"Hi".

Damn why do we always start off like this.

Well because you told her so dumbass.

Maybe I wasn't as nice as I thought.

"Feeling any warmer?" I asked and she gently nod.
