Paris. Paris is magical. Paris is one of the beautiful cities in the world. The skies are gray and it seems like it is going to rain any second, but that didn't take away the romance charm.
Everything around me was an architectural masterpiece. I couldn't take my eyes off of the magical building while both Asher and I were riding a taxi on our way to the hotel. I was admiring everything outside while Asher was admiring me. I feel my heartbeat raise as my hands become sweaty. "What?" I question him, trying to hide my smile.
"You're beautiful." He lowers his voice while his eyes are piercing into mine.
I feel my cheeks heat up as I turn my head the other way, in order to cover my blush. "Paris is beautiful."
After a couple hours of flying, we finally arrived. Did I already mention that I flew in his private jet? Imagine my enthusiasm when I realized he owns it. I couldn't sleep the whole flight while Asher fell asleep after 5 minutes in the air, like seriously Asher? He woke up ten minutes before landing and accused me for falling asleep just because I closed my eyes for a few minutes.
After another half and hour drive, we finally arrive to the hotel. I'm still shocked that Asher did all this for my birthday? I never knew someone would ever do this. Honestly, I do appreciate what he's done but money or tangible things can't buy me, what I'm looking for is the personality, and as for now, he's succeeding.
"How is everything so gorgeous?" I question the second I enter our room. The room was large with a king sized bed at the center. That's when it hit me. We're going to sleep together at the same bed. We've done it once and that led to us kissing for the first time. Now we're a couple, that's what couples do, right? They sleep together. I shake away these thoughts, I should stop overthinking everything.
"I know I'm gorgeous, thank you." I hear Asher's voice from behind me.
I roll my eyes at him. "Who said that's what I think?" I say as I scan him. Okay, yes he is gorgeous but am I really going to give him the satisfaction? Nope. He was wearing grey sweatpants with a black hoodie. He changed his jeans on his private jet, apparently he has a mini closet there. I stole a black sweatshirt and I'm currently wearing it. What can I say, his clothes are so much more comfier than mine.
"I know that's what you think." He says while placing both of our suitcases by the bed. I tried convincing him to take my own, I mean it's not such of a big deal carrying my own suitcase but he insisted and was ready to fight.
"Cocky." I mumble under my breath before jumping on the bed. "I can lay here all day." I say, closing my eyes, realizing how tired I really am.
"Naked?" He raises his eyebrow with a smirk against his lips. "I'd love to see that."
"Shut up." I roll my eyes, scan my surroundings before taking a pillow and throwing it on him. The pillow lands on his head and falls on the floor. I am so not sleeping on it.
"Someone is ready to have a pillow fight." He smirks while walking closer to me.
"Wait! No!" I raise my voice while trying to control my laugh. "You can't do that," I shake my head at him in a disapproving way.
"And why is that?" He says, his head growing closer to mine.
"Because then my hair will get messy," I come up with something fast. "That's the last thing I need."
"Okay," He says, leaving the topic.
I frown at him. "Okay?" I ask, feeling confused. Did he just let me win? Just like that? No way.
"Yeah Okay," He says while sitting on the bed, moving his body closer towards me. "But you asked for it," he warned and before I had the opportunity to ask what is he talking about, he starts to tickle me.
