Please, Forgive me (Kagami x Reader) Part 1

" (First Name)! Over here!" Kagami waved at you, screaming at the top of his lungs.

"Coming!" You yelled out, in your sweet, innocent voice.

You jogged towards him, then began your journey back home.

You and Kagami are best friends and deeply cared for each other, in a brotherly and sisterly fashion, of course. But later on, you develop a huge crush on him, and your love for him quickly builds as you keep hanging out with him. He had feelings for another girl though, and you knew well, but just kept quiet. He was in love with (Rude Popular Girl Name). You honestly didn't know why, since she was always such a rude person to nearly everyone except for her ' BFFs '.

"Oi, Bakagami. When are you confessing to her?" You chuckled, elbowing him in the gut.

"O-Oi! Sh-Shut up...I plan on it tomorrow." He mumbled the last part, but you were able to catch it.

"Ah...Really? Good luck. Baka." You turned away and smirked, but in the inside, you were devastated. But obviously, Kagami was too dorky to notice.

"Uh, thanks?" Kagami added an awkward laugh at the end.

You eventually reached to your house and bided each other farewell.

You sighed as you unlocked the house with your house keys.

"I'm ho-" You pause in the middle of your sentence, as you realize that your parents aren't living with you anymore.

"Right...Living on my own now." You chuckled at your forgetfulness.

You pounced onto your bed, since you didn't have any homework that night, and started thinking about your life and how things will go.

I hope (Rude Popular Girl Name) rejects Kagami. Wait. What? What did you just think? Wait. No. I-I should be happy for Kagami a-and encourage him....You thought to yourself. As you gradually start to think more about this, you got more stressed and decided to go take a shower, brush your teeth and sleep it off.

The next morning was the weekend and you had gotten a text from Kagami.

Subject:Nervous

I'm going to the park to ask her out now. Wish me luck!

Great. Just what you needed to see in the morning. You looked at the clock on your night stand and it was 10:57 am.

"He probably already asked her out..." You sighed.

You sent him a text message.

You felt like you should be crying, but there were no tears.
