Snap.
A smirk covers his lips. What he has been hunting for a week now was only a few strides away but he has to be careful. One false move and he will spook it. The creature would take flight and leave before he even has the chance to blink his eyes.
He pulls out the magical bracelet that he recently bought solely for this reason. The bracelet caught the sunlight from the setting sun. The gold glittered. It was suppose to render the wearer incapable of escape from the one who put it on. He hoped the seller wasn't lying like some others have. His trust was still high to to the fact this seller hadn't, so far.
He reached forward and separated a small section of leaves blocking him from seeing the beast. The sight before him would have rendered him speechless if he wasn't already quiet.
A teenaged boy, around his age was chasing a butterfly while giggling. He had a blinding smile that showed off his pointy teeth. His ruby red eyes glittered with joy. He would jump every once in a while to try to get closer to it with his large red wings granting him more air time. His tail whips around with his excitement like a dog would when it was about to be rewarded. His red hair was up in a spiky hair style that made the blonde boy think of scales. Speaking of those, a couple scales showed at his neck, face, and chest. Yes, the boy before him had no shirt on showing off abs that proved his strength. It was clear the red head wasn't truly trying to capture the butterfly or hurt it but only to have something to do in his free time.
The hunter shook his head willing away any thoughts about how cute and hot the boy was before him.
He is a dragon. Remember that. The only reason you are here is to show your family and everyone else in that stupid village that you are to be respected and not treated like some joke. That you are a man. He thought to himself while shaking his head a little harder. The force of which he shook it caused him to get off balance and step on a few dead leaves.
Crunch.
The creature head wiped around, his smile wiped clean. He looked over the bushes till his eyes landed on the one the boy was hidden behind. His breathing caught but soon enough the red head continued looking around.
"Hello?" The boy called out, fear shaking his voice. He looked scared and at this angle the hunter could see a scar right above his right eye. The mystery on how it came to be the blonde now wanted to figure out.
"Anybody there?" The boy tried again only for no response. "Stupid. Your in the woods, of course there will be random noises. Calm down." He muttered to himself in hopes to calm his nerves. The voice, of course, sounded like honey to the other.
All this time I thought it was hard to catch dragons because of there strength and fierceness, but maybe it because of there beauty. The normally raging boy thought suddenly at peace.
The creature made his way to the water not even bothering to take off his pants and shoes. Suddenly, to the blondes shock, the teen suddenly became I huge dragon striking fear into the usually brave boy. A sigh passed through the beasts lips as with its wings it splashed water onto his back.
The boy watched as the dragon played in the river and washed himself off realizing he might have missed his chance to capture the beast.
After about an hours wait the dragon transformed back into a boy and got out of the river now dripping wet. He shook off the water once again making the boy think about the resemblance of the other to a dog. His spiky hair now was down at his shoulders showing off its length.
Now or never. He thought as he used his new found courage to jump out of the bushes. The red head yelped out in shock and attempted to transform but it was too late. The boy charged at him and pushed him to the ground quickly snapping the bracelet on with shout of victory.
The boy stoped struggling below him and they made eye contact. Almost at once the red head blushed. The blonde gave him a quick once over wondering why he was blushing when he suddenly realized what position they were in. A blush spread across his face too. He was pining the arms above the head of the boy's below him. His knee rested in between the boys legs with his other knee resting at his waist. The boy flashed a small smile.
"I'm Eijiro Kirishima."
