Hogwarts-Quidditch Pitch-June 5, 1998

The war had been over, but the wounds were still fresh. The grounds of Hogwarts were still being cleaned. Grief was still new and painful, but not as much as before.

Despite the damage that had been done to Hogwarts, it was still a stunning place to be.

Ginny Weasley and Hermione Granger were on the quidditch pitch. They were playing a game with Harry and Ron. Even though Harry and Ron actually played on the team, Ginny and Hermione were a challenge. After playing for over two hours, the four had congregated in the middle of the pitch, still on their brooms.

"Look what I found, Mione! It's just like the one from your third year!" Ron said, holding a necklace that had an hourglass in the center.

Time turners could be very dangerous if misused. "Ronald Weasley," Hermione said, "I swear to Merlin, you must be careful with that!" Hermione was completely panicked.

"Jeez, Mione, relax! It's not like I'm going to drop it!" Ron replied, slipping it into his pocket.

"Ron! You've missed your pocket!" Hermione said. Her and Ginny chased it downwards in a dangerous dive. They were inching closer and closer, and right as they were about to grab onto it, they got shot with a jet of red light. They could hear two people say, "Crucio!" in the distance.

They fell to the ground with the time turner.

"Mione! Gin!" Ron yelled down, having been frozen in shock. He watched as the time turner crashed and exploded into a cloud of sand. Harry and Ron flew down. "Jesus, what a fright! Are you two okay?" Ron asked, but when the dust settled, there was nobody there.

Ron looked to where the jet of light came from and back to where the girls had disappeared. He kept looking back and forth. What have I done? Ron thought to himself as he watched everything disintegrate into dust, and he watched it reform. That was the last thing he remembered, before it all went dark.

Hogwarts-Quidditch Pitch- June 5, 1975

Hermione and Ginny looked around. Nothing seemed the same as it was just seconds ago. They were both on the ground, hardly able to move. The Cruciatious Curse had left them bloodied and unable to move. It wasn't new to Hermione, though.

She looked at her arm 'MUDBLOOD' was carved into her. Even though it was months ago, it hadn't healed at all. In fact, it was now bleeding. She winced as her arm throbbed.

Ginny was groaning in pain. "Mione, what happened?" She asked, her vision darkening.

"Im not too sure," Hermione replied, confused. Then everything went dark.

Hogwarts-Hospital Wing- Somewhere in Time

Ginny's eyes fluttered open. She moved around as well as she could. She looked to the right of herself. She could hardly make out the people sitting there. "Harry, what happened?" She looked at Harry. It was strange, she felt like her voice was higher. Only a little bit, but still. He had seemed younger, almost like how he looked in his fifth year, and he was sitting next to somebody with long curly hair. It was a boy she'd never seen before.

"Sorry, what? Who are you?" He asked Ginny. He looked very confused, which added to Ginny's confusion.

"What do you mean, 'Who are you?'" She asked Harry, lying on her back and closing her eyes, "It's me, Ginny! Bloody hell, I thought I was the one who was Cruciatious Curse, not you. Can you please tell Madam Pomfrey that I'm awake if I need medication." Ginny was getting frustrated with Harry. She couldn't believe how he was acting like an idiot.

"How do you know Madam Pomfrey, and who's Harry?" Ginny turned back to look at him, but something was different. His eyes. They weren't green anymore. She gasped, remembering the time turner crashing. "Sorry, can I see the Daily Prophet?" She asked the boy who would most likely become Harry's father.

He nodded tentatively as he handed her the paper. The front page was labeled, "He-Who-Must-Not-Be-Named is Rising to Power." She skimmed the paper, and the date read "June 6, 1975. Oh no... no no no no no no! Ginny thought. She looked over at Hermione and back at the two boys. "James? Sirius?" She asked, and then she blacked out.

"How does she know our names?" Sirius asked James. James just shrugged.

"Maybe she's a time traveler," James replied, and both he and Sirius laughed at the thought. It would be ridiculous, a time traveler knows to not reveal anything from the future to a couple of teenage boys.

Hermione had started stirring, and waking up. She looked over to where Ginny was lying, and she asked, "Has she woken up yet?"

The two boys replied, "No..."

James stepped forward and asked Hermione, "Sorry, but who are you?"

She laughed, "Don't be ridiculous!" She looked at the two boys and gasped, "Oh no. No no no. Is that you, Sirius? And James? What's the date, no, year?" Hermione's heart was racing. Please be 1998. Please please please

"It is currently June 6, 1975. But who are you?" James replied.

Hermione's vision went black, and she passed out.
