Chapter 8

River pov :)

"I..." I was speechless, I looked at everyone in the room and then burst into tears. these past four weeks...they.

"What's wrong baby?" Ash asked frantically

I chuckled through my tears, calming him down a notch. "it's just...these past 4 weeks, you guys....i had been alone, I thought....but you were here....weren't you?"

Ash pulled me into a hug "I'm so sorry! Yeah....we were working on the house, we wanted to surprise you" he told me and kissed my forehead "I'm sorry, I didn't mean to make you feel alone" I shook my head and kissed his cheek

"Thank you" I smile at him.

"Okay!" Kayla cut in "enough with the lovey dove romance blah blah let's show you and your baby around!" I froze

I had totally forgotten! I had to tell them! It's now or never... "Twins" I say and everyone stares at me "its not my baby its my babies"

"Omg!!!! Omg OMG omg omg!!" Layla's mum squeals and I bloke my ears

"Twins?" Ash asked and I nodded, he smiled widely and bent down, kissing my stomach. I blushed and he grabbed my hand "well then let's show you and our babies around" he chuckled and we set off through the house.

They showed me the lounge room, it was a medium family room with leather couches and plasma tv, in the corner of the lounge was a fence type thing "a play pen for the babies" Layla's mum giggled, I smiled at her.

There was two bathrooms downstairs that were relatively nice, it was all white. There was a potty training toilet in one.

In the kitchen there was a dining table with six chairs and I swear the table looks like an antique! One of the chairs were off to the side and there was a high chair, I smiled at ash. the benches were marble and there was a double fridge in the corner along with other necessities.

There was a empty spare room, it WAS going to be a guest room but it's now going to be the other baby's room. next to that there's our babies room, it hadn't been decorated yet cause they want to know the sex first.

Upstairs there was an office, another room which is the guest room now, a play room and our room, our room consists of a large queen sized bed, a walk in closet, an un suit and a plasma tv, there was a window that looked out over the beach we were by.

I kissed ash deeply "it's perfect" I whisper and kiss him again

"Okay...so....yeah....bye!" Layla said before rushing out with her family following. I giggled and then realised I was exhausted. I yawned and ash picked me up as if I weighed nothing, he laid me on the bed.

"Go to sleep baby" he told me and I was out.
