➫ The quirk characteristics: The user can lengthen his neck a much as he wants to. When this physical modification is activated the user can whistle exactly like a snake, a small detail that can get really useful to creep out anyone that is afraid of this exotic animal. Useful for fighting? Not at all. The user can use his neck to grab and even struggle with his opponent. He can also use his neck to throw people or objects very far away.
✵Advantages: Really useful for eavesdropping. If the situation needs that the opponents have to be found before doing anything this quirk can be quite handy.
✵Inconvenients: The head as much as I know is attached to the neck (I know, how shocking). So when the quirk is activated the user can't see what happens around the rest of his body if out of sight. If the user is acting alone he is truly vulnerable in such conditions.
