~ch.16~

            ~Ok, so I just wanted to say that I cant really post over the week because I have literal tsunamis of digital schoolwork and zoom meetings to attend, but im gonna try to get this chapter out by tonight without being caught by my mom or her boyfriend :p~

[Shiggys POV]

I jumped on top of Dabi kissing him and smothering him in all the love I had in me, Toga was sitting on his bed and smiling happily at Dabi. I could tell they stayed up all night trying to plan this. I got off of him after one more quick kiss on the cheek. "Holy shit..I mean I cant believe you actually bought a ring and everything.." I said helping him up to his feet. "Y-yeah well, Toga helped me more then you think.." he said chuckling and looking over a Toga who had laid back down and was already asleep. "How long did you two stay up planning this-?" I looked up at him and saw a tired look in his eyes I had never seen before. "ehh..I dunno, 4:00 a.m.?" he said nervously looking down at me. "You big dummy, I would have been fine with any of the crappy proposals you put together." I sighed grabbing his hand with 4 fingers, I hadnt put on my gloves yet. "Your going to sleep, we can plan a wedding or whatever tomorrow." I pushed him onto the bed and he started to doze off. "Thanks hun..." he said closing his eyes and finally falling asleep. "I guess we need pet names now if he really does want to marry me." I thought to myself grabbing my phone. I walked outside  seeing Kurogiri and the others sitting at the table, "What happened to you, you look happier then usual." said Twice looking at me, he wasnt wearing his mask and costume like usual so I assumed it was because he needed to wash it or something like that. "Guess what," I said excitedly "Hm?" Twice responded. "Dabi proposed to me this morning!" I said holding up my hand so they could see the ring. "Really? As far as I know from the info Toga gave us, you 2 have only been together for a couple of days." "Yes, maybe you should rethink this, I just dont want you to have married someone you hate." Kurogiri said polishing a cup. "What are you saying..?" I asked staring at him and then back at the ring. "I dont think you should even think about marrying that fool of a man."

[Dabis POV] 

I woke up, it was mid afternoon and I saw Shiggy sitting at the end of the bed looking down, I could see sadness in his eyes. "Whats wrong?" I asked getting up and moving to the end of the bed to sit with him. He tensed up when I put my head on his shoulder. "Just...thinking about things.." he responded getting up. I hugged his back tightly. "Did I do something wrong...?" I asked not wanting to let go. What if he said no to marriage. What if he was tired of me.. He sat back down next to me. "Kurogiri  told me I shoudnt accept your proposal." he said in a emotionless tone. I was about to say something but then he continued. "Dabi, I dont care what the hell anybody says, were getting married, and nothings going to change it." he said smiling and holding up another ring that he must have gotten for me.I smiled back, taking it and slipping it onto my middle finger. "I love you, you cheesy dumbass."
