Tamaki Amajiki x Reader

Series 4 Spoilers!

You were walking next to Kirishima and Tamaki, patrolling the streets with Fat Gum. Kirishima was currently trying to cheer Tamaki up to boost his confidence, but it only seemed to be making things worse. 

"Kiri, shut up, you're making him tremble more." You exclaimed as the shy boy pulled his hood further over his head.

You had joined Fat Gum's hero agency a few weeks ago after rescuing Eri, after Eijiro recommended you. You had started to take a liking to the shy navy haired boy in UA as he had visited your class (1A) before with his friends, also known as 'The Big Three'. But you couldn't help but admire the boy even more once up close. 

"We're splitting up," the three of you turned your attention to the pro hero, "Suneater and (H/N) take the South and East of the city, Red Riot and I will patrol the North and West." You nodded before turning away and dragging the third year behind you by the hand. 

"(Y-Y/N)..."

It was only then you realized you were still holding his hand. You could feel you face heat up and you quickly let go.

"Sorry..." you mumbled.

~Time Skip~

You'd been walking in silence for a while when Tamaki spoke up. "(Y-Y/N)... Why do you look up to me?"

You looked up at the boy who was fiddling with his cape, his face red from embarrassment.

"Why do you think silly? You're strong, smart, adorable and you're a hero. My hero."

You felt his hand brush lightly against yours, before he intertwined his fingers with yours. You looked back up to the boy to see a small smile on his face.

"Thanks (Y/N)."

You rested your head against his shoulder as he watched the streets, looking for any signs of distress or villainy.

"You know I like it when you're like this."

The boy looked down at you, "Like what?"

"Confident."
