"mom, i'll be off to work!" she said and closed the door behind her.

she plugged in her earphones and went to work. she decided to take a walk to work instead of riding the bus because she felt like this day would mean something, for some unknown reason. she went to a coffee shop to get her usual coffee.

she made her way inside and was greeted by her barista named levi, he was a nice dude that played drums during the night. levi was in a band called loanly, it was named like that because they were all in need of funds and when they met, all of them were very lonely.

"hey!" levi greeted her with a warm smile, she almost melted.

"hi!" she greeted back.

"the usual?" levi asked with an eyebrow up.

"yes, please." she said with eyes that made levi's heart skip a little. he may have a tiny crush on agatha.

"would you like a french toast too?" levi asked.

"no, i'm good." she said and levi rolled his eyes.

"no, i'm gonna get you one and that's on me." he said and took agatha's payment. she rolled her eyes at him and levi just chuckled.

"haha very funny." agatha said, it was clear that both of them wefe flirting with each other.

"here you go." levi said and handed her the coffee and toast.

"thank you!" agatha said and took a bite from her toast.

"text me when you arrive to work!" levi said and agatha just waved at him making levi's day even better.

she texted levi that she did got to work safely and put her phone down to do some work because she might get fired. her boss tossed another file on her desk, she let out a small sigh and her co-worker, Fritz, went to her.

"hey, how's it going?" Fritz asked as he sipped on his coffee.

"trying to do better?" agatha said and looked at him with weary in her eyes.

"yeah you are, keep going! hwaiting!" he said and walked away.

she smiled at him and she got a notification from someone, it was an unknown number. she thought if she would respond to it because it may be a scam, but the text read.

she hesistated for a bit, she just left it on read and proceeded to finish her work because she might get caught on her phone again. another text came from the same number, she was getting curiouser and curiouser as to who it was that kept on texting her.

xxx-xxx-xxxx: are you gonna leave me on read? :(

she rolled her eyes and sighed. she was hoping that, this person who's bugging her would stop before she gets into trouble. she gave up and responded.

agatha: who are you exactly?

xxx-xxx-xxxx: i'm hurt that you forgot me.

agatha: just tell me who you are, i'm at work.

xxx-xxx-xxxx: you really don't know me?

agatha: would i be asking if i knew you?

agatha: i'm about to block your number.

xxx-xxx-xxxx: okay, geez. it's zico.

oh for fucks sakes, what does he want now? she rolled her eyes and sighed. she turned off her phone and tried to keep herself busy just to get that monster out of her head.

"so what am i? a side chick? hells to the fuck no." she mumbled to herself and fritz saw her.

"what?" fritz asked.

"zico texted me." she looked at him and fritz just looked back with no emotions.

"i'm sorry." fritz said and she shrugged it off.

"it's okay, let's get lunch?" she asked and fritz smiled.

she left her phone inside her drawer and got a notification on instagram. her best friend tagged her on that page, again.
