Always a busy day in the office. Can't imagine a quiet scene here in YG Corps. It has been 7 years since I started working here, never been better... Well actually, not the job I dreamt of having, more like a take it or leave it situation.

When I was 15 my father killed mother before committing suicide, I was lucky I'm on a school trip that day, but my sister isn't. She's not dead though, that's lucky.

We're not on the well off side of a family, my father tried his hardest to feed us off. But sadly, he just can't leave his gambling addiction off and not loan more and more money which then lead him to his and mother's death as he cannot handle the burden of loan sharks come knocking on our door and torturing us every time they're here.

I came home that night to an oddly quiet apartment, it was dark and eerily scary. Nothing but the sound of single drop of waters dropping on the metallic sink.

As I enter, there was blood in the living room and there lies two body of my beloved person, dead.

It was a horrific scene, mother's eyes was open as she still has a shocking face plastered on her once beautiful one. Father's head was blown apart as he shot himself presumably on his head with the gun still in his hand.

I couldn't do anything, but that didn't stop me from thinking, is my sister alright?

Quickly as I stumble myself towards my sister's room, I could see that she had both hands on her ears with her knees pulled up to her chest as she sat in the corner in silence. Quickly dragging my feet towards her I pulled her in a tight hug gently soothing her back telling her everything was okay.

Later that night as I finally took all of this in, I called the police and tell them what happened, the incident travel quick in our neighborhood, we're the talk of the town in a day time.

The funeral were held, my sister was traumatized, till now she hasn't spoken a word. I was worried of course, trying my hardest to try and make her feel better, but all of the work then was thrown to waste. It was utterly completely useless.

We were sent to the orphanage as I was still young at that time to take the responsibility of feeding both me and my sister, but fortunately, our stay in that horrible place wasn't long as a young couple took us in with them.

They knew about our past, what happened and so on, yet they still took us in as their own child. Till this day I was grateful for their gesture. They also tried their hardest to make Yerim talk again, but to no avail, she still kept her mouth shut.

She only response when needed, and that is only nodding if she agrees and shake her head if she disagree.

On my 18th birthday, my adoptive parents disclose about their job to me, about a secret organization here in New York. Working for the government secret service, he told me that one day, when he's gone—

I have to take his place. Of course I couldn't understand at first as to why I had to, but after knowing the real reason to why my father committed suicide and took mother's life as well made me change my mind almost immediately.

They told me the reason behind it, I was beyond furious.

I promise that one day, I'll take revenge for what they did.

I promise myself that I'll protect Yerim no matter what it takes.

My main priority was to always be there for my sister by hook or my crook.

So I started my training at 19 of age, after graduating from highschool, I'd go to my adoptive parent's work place and train my hardest to get best grade.
