Millie flicked her hair behind her shoulders, the brown extensions flowing glossily down her broad shoulders. Her glossy lips curled upwards, her wide eyes staring through her fake (though she hated admitting it) eyelashes, right at a pale readhead, who sat, staring intently at a ladybug which crawled up her (almost white) finger. Next to her was a boy, around the same age as her. His curls dropped over his eyes, and his bony fingers intertwined in hers. His slanted smile dropped as he saw the brunette. Millie rolled her brown eyes, as she strutted over to the girl.
" Well, well, well. Look who we have here. The read-headed freak, and her pitiful friend. Waited three years for a boy who never came." She smiled, faking pity, as she laughed her teeth emerging from behind their lipstick-covered barrier. Sadie glanced down at her hands, and mumbled "He did come. Noah, he came back." Millie raised an eyebrow, slightly surprised. "Yeah well, where is he then?" She smiled mockingly, feeling victorious. The older girl sighed, still clutching onto Finns hand. " Must i explain to her Finn?" she asked the curly headed boy who sat beside her. With a shrug of his lanky arms, he avowed, "fine by me. She'll find out soon enough." Sadie smiled at the other girl, and said calmly " I'm the new girl. I'm gonna be MadMax." Millie's grin dropped, and she furrowed her eyebrows in confusion. " Y-you?" she stuttered, curling her fist into a ball. "And even better!" Sadie exclaimed, tightly hugging onto Finns arm. " What?" Millie stated. This can't get worse, she thought. " Noah's my boyfriend!" she said, blushing profusely.
Oh.
It just got worse.
