We woke up the next morning not suspecting anything. However, something just seemed off in the Underworld. I got out of bed and walked to Aphrodites room and knocked then opened the door. When I opened though she wasn't there. Same with Nickolas and Alexander. I ran to the kitchen and breathed a sigh of relief when I saw they were standing in front of me.

"You three scared me. I thought something happened since you weren't in the bedrooms." Gracie said as she tried to calm down.

"Sorry we didn't mean to scare you. You've just been sleeping for a while so we didn't want to wake you." Alexander said as he finished making the four of them breakfast.

After they ate their breakfast Gracie and Aphrodite went into the living room. She handed Aphrodite a book of her dads. They flipped through the books for what seemed like days to find answers. Eventually they found something.

"This part reads, "Zeus says the baby can't stay here. He didn't say why. He took the baby and will raise her on mount Olympus. Someday I plan to tell her the truth." I think that's about you." She flips back some pages and finds the name of her mother as Aphrodites mother.

"So we do have the same mom.... but why would Zeus say I couldn't stay down here?"

She looks at Aphrodite and notices something different about her. Her hair color had changed. She notices Aphrodite becoming light headed and catches her.

"Are you feeling okay?"

"I'm feeling a bit off. I don't know."

Gracie helped her over to the couch and asked Nickolas to get the doctor. When Nickolas got back he had the doctor following him over to the couch. The doctor did a check up on Aphrodite and found nothing abnormal except her appearance. The doctor remembered something Hades said and got a vial of something out and a syringe.

He got medication in the syringe and got the bubbles out then gave the shot to Aphrodite. After a few minutes her appearance started to go back to normal and she started to feel better. What had happened though? It couldn't have been from her being in the underworld? The doctor determined that her being in the underworld was the cause.

Now they had to determine what they should do. Mount Olympus was too damaged and Atlantis was completely underwater. There was only two options they had; they could either try to blend into the human world or they could stay in the underworld and deal with the effects from it.  No, they couldn't stay in the underworld anymore. It was too risky for Aphrodite. They didn't know what could happen. So, Nickolas and the rest of the gods got their belongings and decided to attempt to blend in within the human world.

In The Human World

Once they got to the human world they stayed in homes with nice families. Aphrodite and her brother stayed in the same home since they didn't want to be separated but the other two with different families. On this particular day Gracie was making dinner at the house she was staying at when a familiar person knocked on the door. She answered the door and was shocked to see who was standing there.

"C.Cronos? I thought I...." she got a worried look as her voice trailed off.

"Killed me? Yes, but you know a god doesn't die forever if there's someone to bring them back dear. Your father only has you and you don't have the knowledge."

"I'm aware. I plan to bring him back once I learn how. Please leave grandpa Cronos. These people don't need to see you."

Cronos turned and left and she went back to cooking dinner but she knew he'd go to the others too. She called the family down for dinner as she finished setting the table. They could tell she was a little upset but didn't want to pressure her to talk about what was bothering her. The family and her sat down at the table and began to eat.

"How has your day been?" the mother of the house said.

"It's been okay. I was a little nervous about school but it went well." she said with a fake smile.

"Any new friends?"

"Yeah, I met a boy at school. He seemed nice."

The conversation seemed to drag on and on until everyone was finished with dinner. Gracie helped the mother with dishes and then did her homework. After that she hung out with the daughter of the household and played some board games until the mother said it was time for bed. That night she had a nightmare, but that's not unusual for her, but it was about losing her new family that she had started to grow close to.

At Aphrodite's house she was having a rough time adjusting to human life. She had an older "sister" who didn't like to share things. She walked to the room and asked if she wanted to help her with her hair. The older sister just told her to get out and called her a freak. She walked to her brother and talked to him about going back to Olympus knowing by now the gods probably fixed Zeus' house.

Just then Cronos knocked on the door.
