The Day off

One day, with a cup of coffee in hand and on the phone, CC Tinsley sits at his favorite cáfe and enjoys his view. He notices a man who has lost his wallet. He hung up and reached for the wallet, trying to run after the man, unsuccessfully. He opened it to find clues about the owner or an identity card. He pocketed it and went home. When he got home he thought about how he could give it back to the man because he doesn't know who he is and where he came from. He decided to take it with him the next morning, hoping to see the man again.

(The next morning at the cáfe)

As every morning, Tinsley ordered a coffee with milk and waited for the man to reappear. After a few hours he looked at his watch "13:46" got up and went dreamily towards the bus. Suddenly someone ran into him.
,,Can't you see.."
,,I'm terribly sorry I was dreaming. Are you okay?"
Tinsley holds his head, stands up and wants to help the person up.
,,Yes, yes you are okay? I'm sorry I shouldn't have run so fast and should have been careful!"
Tinsley slowly opened his eyes.
,, It is you. I've been looking for you all morning! I finally found you! "
"Why me?"
"Sorry my name is CC Tinsley how rude of mine."
"Oh um yes my name is Ricky."
,, I found your wallet Ricky. You seem to have lost it yesterday so I figured I should come over here and wait until I meet you. "
As Tinsley said this, he noticed that the man's clothes were torn when he fell and he had some wounds. He reached for Ricky's hand and made his way home to Tinsley.
They both entered the house and Tinsley brought Ricky new clothes to show him where the bathroom was so he could freshen up while CC decided to make coffee.
,,How do you like your coffee?"
,,With milk please ..."
Tinsley prepared everything, laid the table, got the coffee and waited for Ricky in the room.
Some time passed and Ricky left the bathroom. When CC saw him, his heart grew warm and he noticed how he blushed slightly.
"You look great Ricky!"
"Thank you, but you shouldn't have lent me your clothes ... but I thank you from the bottom of my heart!"
,,always happy also the coffee is ready are you coming? "
"Yeah!"
Tinsley noticed that the wounds still have a little dirt in them and treated Ricky and Bandage his wounds after he freed them of all dirt.
Ricky thanked him warmly and they talked a little, Tinsley remembered that he still had the wallet.
"Here you lost that yesterday, almost forgot that I still have it."
He handed over the wallet and they both drank their coffee, chatted a little, and laughed together.
After it got going in the evening, Ricky was getting ready to go home.
They both headed for the door and Ricky said
,, Thanks again for taking care of my wallet. Next time I'll invite you to dinner okay?" ,,It was a pleasure and if you insist "Tinsley wrote down his number and handed it to Ricky. "If something should be here is my number, take care of yourself on the streets these days are especially dangerous in the evening." ,, I'll take care of you too"
Ricky leaves the house and waves goodbye after both have said goodbye Tinsley went to his room and threw himself on his bed.
"Why is my heart racing? Why am I so warm ..? "
He buried his face in his pillow and had to think about the beautiful day and fell asleep relatively with a smile on his face.

He is on his way home and gets a call.
"Boss, where have you been as long as you haven't shown up all day ?!"
,,I was busy Sara."

Ricky hangs up and walks home with a slight red tinge on her cheeks. ,, this idiot, but he was cute to be honest ... why am I thinking about something like that ?! I don't really know him .. "
Ricky unlocked the door and disappeared straight into his room and lay down on his bed reaching for his cell phone and Tinsley's phone number. ,, Is he still awake? Is it too early to write to him? "He puts his cell phone next to him and falls asleep.
