This is the God Of Eternal Longing, the first of a series of gods I am drawing for fun.
I love symbolic stuff so here is an explanation.

Flowing, long hair that seems to go to nowhere: the crave for connection and to have something but unable to reach it
Ribbons handing from right arm and neck: the ribbons are always on him because longing for something or someone stays forever if not satisfied
Bandaged hand: longing for too long could have some negative effects on the mind
Crystal ball: knowing exactly what one wants but the dream is too delicate to grasp
The forehead tattoo: the circle represents someone. The teardrops represent the things they long for, taunting them by being on their mind or by being around them for so long

His name was found by Google Translate so it might be inaccurate but yeah.
I might give him a whole back story...we shall see.
Ugh, his lips were a fail.

Also, I have not forgotten the phoenix and pitchfork, @Moppsie
It's my next masterpiece lol
