"Cath! Can you just listen to me for a minute?"
The girl on her tight dress pulled herself from the tight grip of Niel's hand and faced him impudently. Tears are now looming in her eyes to fall at ganoon na lang din ang narmadaman ko. I felt that she's trying to stay calm but....
"For what Niel? To explain? To change? Ano pang sasabihin mo? To bring everything back and break it again into pieces? Para magpakatanga ulit ako sa mga WALANG PATUTUNGUHANG DAHILAN mo?"
She pulled her hair in frustration and wrath.
I felt my heart pounding fast and I'm catching my breath kahit na hindi ako ang nasa sitwasyon.
"It is not what you think Cath! We're just..."
"You're just what? huh! Acquaintances? Is she your sister? Your cousin? Don't even tell me that she's your freakin' mother because I knew every inch of her! THE HELL! I SAW EVERYTHING NIEL! AND THAT'S ENOUGH! SCREW YOU !!!" Galit na galit na saad ng babae and had her few steps papalayo kay Niel.
"CAAATH...!"
Cath quickly stopped from her steps and faced Niel.
"SHUT THE FUCK UP NIEL!"
Malinaw na nanlaki ang mga mata ni Niel sa takot and he restrained from talking. Namanman ng mga mata ko how Cath clenched her hands and hit Niel's chest.
"Tandaan mo to Niel! You'll regret everything you've done!".
I noticed how Cath shifted her eyes and irritatingly stared sa babaeng nakatayo sa isang sulok na may hawak hawak pang glass of wine.
My eyes suddenly let go of tears and unnoticeably dripped down my face, at ganpon din ang napansin ko sakanya. She flusteredly picked all her stuffs and fiercely walked towards her car.
Napatingin muli ako sa babaeng nasa sulok at naglalakad na siya papalapit kay Niel. Umato siyang yakapin si Niel pero Niel refrained from the girl's act. I tried to make a step para lumapit kay Niel pero parang naipako ang mga paa ko sa kinatatayuaan ko.
Narinig ko how Cath started her car.
