Jaehyun sits on his chair waiting for Friday to finally come to an end. Five minutes before he gets to leave, he gets a notification from the gardening club group chat. It read a reminder for their plant selling fundraiser next Friday. He gets excited at the though of it, leaving his classroom happily.
Next Friday gets to by quick and Jaehyun and the rest of his members are preparing for their stall. There were other stalls next to theirs because it was Valentine's Day and other students were selling other things like roses and chocolates with flowers. Jaehyuns birthday so happened to be on Valentine's Day so he couldn't be any happier. He was helping his schools garden after all, where his succulents are supposed to stay.
He finishes some of the posters and hangs them up on their stall. People start coming over and buying all their different plants saying that It was a unique idea to be selling plants and succulents instead for the day. Half way through the day and Jaehyun is just trying to sell out all these succulents cause he wouldn't expect it to be this tiring.
"Excuse me, how much are these?" Someone in front of him asks. Jaehyun looks up to see the boy that took pics of him last week. "O-oh, they're six dollars." Jaehyun replies. "Oh, aren't you Jaehyun?" He asks, sounding a little surprised. "Yes, and you're Johnny, right?" "Yeah, nice seeing you again." Johnny says in a nice calm voice. "Erm, do you sell that succulent that you were taking care of last week?" He asks. "Oh, yes." Jaehyun perks up, he reaches behind him to pull out a beautiful pale succulent with pink at the tips. "Here you go, this ones eight dollars though." Jaehyun says. "That's fine." " I really like it cause it remind me of you." Johnny says, almost a whisper. "What did you say?" Jaehyun asks. "Nothing." Johnny replies with a soft smile. "Oh, okay" Jaehyun says with slight shyness in his voice.
Johnny gives him his payment and leaves with his succulent in his hands. He leaves happy, hoping they can bump into each other again. Mean while Jaehun is also happy to meet the other again.
A few hours later and they're done with the day. Jaehyun leaves the school campus with a joy in his heart and a smile on his face.
