"I know you're looking for your husband, Mr Min." yoongi's heart beats raced as he gripped on his phone. "Don't bother looking for him because he is mine now. I own him. And if you try, he and as well as your son will be in danger so if I were you, don't do anything reckless for the sake of your family. Move on and forget Seokjin exists. It's best to do the smartest thing, cousin."

Before yoongi could reply, the call ended. He stops the recorder and dialed jimin.

"Jimin, I'm sending you a recorder. Find out who he is and give me an update soon." yoongi ended the call and sent the record to him. "Please take care of him. I'll be back." yoongi says when he sees namjoon who nodded. With that, yoongi runs to his car and drove away.

He had no idea who ever that was but he knew there was only one person who would know about this. His mother.

"Eomma?" the boy called out to his mother who wouldn't stop sobbing on the bed. His mother wiped her tears and sat straight up. "Hey yoonie, come sit with eomma." she pats the space beside her, the space that her husband should be in it. Yoongi obeys his mother, sliding his legs under the cold blanket.

"Where's abeo?"

"He's at work, he just needs to finish some things then he'll come back home." yoongi looks up to his mother who had bruises at the corner of her lips and around hee neck. "Eomma, you're hurt.."

She smiles widely trying to keep the tears from falling, "I'm not hurt baby."

"Abeo hurt you, he's bad. Why are we still staying here?"

"Because I believe that there's a chance for your father to change. He will be normal, just hold on-"

"Eomma! He's never gonna change! We looked for everything that could help him but nothing. He's still like this." the mother just sobbed, not accepting the fact that her husband can't be cured.

Then the door busted open, making the two flinch. The night went through like any other night. Yoongi covered his ears with the pillow when he hears another scream from his mother. If only he was big enough to defend her maybe she wouldn't suffer like this.

"Yoongi! I'm so glad to see you here again. What's the reason for your visit? Are you finally leaving your so called husband?"

Yoongi grinds his teeth and clenches his fists, forcing himself to calm down. "I'm just asking a few questions and then I'll leave. And no, I will never leave my husband. Tell me everything I don't know about, starting from my cousin."

His mother stopped taking a sip from her tea as she puts it back the cup on the table. "I guess it's time for me to tell you the truth," yoongi just sat across her, tilting his head in confusion. "Yes, you have a cousin you have no idea about, that is a jeon. You see, while I was married to your father, I had a child from my ex boyfriend, which was you. It triggered something inside your father when he found out about me pregnant with you that he started to act like a monster. I went to his parents' house only to find his mother. I asked what happened to him because he has been acting aggressive lately but all I got in response was that, he was getting better and that I shouldn't worry about it. Then after a few years, I left your father and went with my ex boyfriend instead, that's why your last name now is min instead of jeon. I also found out that the jeon's mother is addicted to experimenting on humans, especially on men. She was a doctor who got fired when they found out she experimented on a patient. Truth untold is that, your father was the first experiment, their son. How twisted isn't it? He was experimented since before, it's just that it applied when he was married to me. It's surprising why she didn't go after seokjin but then I think she was too old."

Yoongi took a breath, processing his mother's words inside his head. "So, you're saying is that the reason you didn't want seokjin to be my husband was that he is my step cousin?"

"Technically, yes."

"I found out seokjin had a brother, even himself didn't mention about him."

"I heard he had, their mother ran away with the eldest leaving seokjin with his father. But before that, she faked her death for who know why."

"What was his name?"

"I don't know, she didn't say anything."

Yoongi nods and stands up, leaving his mother. This doesn't change anything. He'll still love his husband unconditionally, no matter what others say. He gets in his vehicle and before he starts the engine, his phone chimed.

Jimin ;
'Jeon Jeongguk, 32 years old, ceo in JJK enterprise. He has a business contract with me, I'll be checking out his cabins and see whether he has seokjin there. And I found out Jung Hoseok, who worked with seokjin before, is now working under jeongguk.'

Yoongi shuts his phone off and starts to drive. I am one step behind you, I'm not letting you have what belongs to me.
