Next day

Gauri was sleeping peacefully

Richa: Gauri uth...jldi ready Hona hai.

(Gauri wake up fast we have to get ready)

Sakshi: 4 baj gye uth na!!

(It's 4 o clock get up)

Gauri in sleepy voice: Hame..so...sone do.

(Let me sleep)

Sakshi splashed a glass of water on her face. She sat on bed.

Gauri: Maar dalenge !!

(I will kill you)

Sakshi: Pehle din hi late Hona hai Kya...chal jldi ready Kar nashta bhi aa gya.

(Do you want to be late on first day... com'on get up fast... breakfast has also come)

Gauri get up from bed and after getting ready she sat for breakfast.

Gauri: Kya hai breakfast me?

Sakshi gave her an apple and one glass of milk.

Gauri:😶Ye kya hai ganda sa?

(What is this dirty thing)

Richa: Ham yahan picnic manane nhi aaye hain.

(We are not here for picnic)

Gauri ate the breakfast.

After sometime all candidates came to ground and Stands in line. Om come infront of them

Om: Good morning officers.

All: Good morning sir.

Om: Aaj iss academy me aap sab ka pehla din hai aur training ka phla din ek IPS officer ke liye sabse yaadgaar hota hai. Aaj iss ground me ham five squads taiyaar karenge aur har squad me six members honge. Aane vale 11 months me aapko training ke dauraan (during the training) kayi aise tasks paar karne honge. Har task ek test hoga aur aapko prove karna hai that you are the best. Kayi baar training officers apne hi squads ke members ke saath competite karenge to kabhi do squads ek dusre ke against competite karenge . Yaad rahe ki aap ke squads ke saath saath aapki individual performance bhi file me record ki jayegi...isliye yaad rahe aapko sirf aur sirf apna best dena hai

(Today is first day of your academy and first day of training is most memorable day in an IPS officer's life. Today We will prepare five squads in this ground. And each squad will contain six members.In these 11 years you will be given many challenges and you have to complete it. Every task is a test and you have to prove that you are the best. Sometime squad members will comptete  each other and some time with other squads.Remember that including your squad's performance your individual performance will also record in file.. So remember you have to give your best)

Samaira: Sir mujhe yeh puchna hai ki squads banane ke liye koi rules Hain? Hame yeh kaise pata chlega ki Kon sa officer Kon se squad me jayega

(I have to ask that is there any rules for making squad..how will we know that which officer is in which squad)

Gauri in mind: Iska Naam kaise pata inhe....hame kya!!
