My Mission

Once my best friend said," what you see is different from what is real". My name is James now I am being captured by some really bad people. Let me share my story. I am an investment banker by profession. Besides my high paying job, I've got a job which is way more important and adventurous. I am a secret agent and I work for the NSA.

Coming to the point why am I being captured by these people. A few weeks back I was assigned to investigate a data breach. I handled a lot of cases like this. I thought it was just a piece of cake but I was wrong. When I spoke to our cyber team they said "the breach was not made by a normal hacker because At least 150 hackers are needed to bypass our firewall and our security systems. The algorithm was very unique"

I was astounded by their words. It was around 6:30 pm when I was leaving a guy named Rick from the cyber wing rushed into my office. He said that the algorithm was not new to the agency because it was developed by the agency. He further said that the algorithm was used by an ethical hacker named Williams. After investigating about him I came to know that he was an Ai engineer and he used to lead a team of hackers in our department.

His bank balance was just a few hundred dollars When he died. He was terminated because of bad behaviour and hacking some unauthorized sensitive files. After that, he committed suicide and no one knows about the algorithm. He had no family except his wife. She left him because at the time of delivery because of Williams negligence she lost her baby. His house was demolished a few years ago. Then I went to the hospital and enquired everyone. I met a guy, he said that Williams's son was alive. His name was Faheem.

Meanwhile, our cyber wing was trying to improve our firewall and security algorithms. I was able to track down the last person in Williams team with the help of old record and tracking devices. His name was Albert. He was also an ai engineer

I drove to Texas to meet Albert. We met in a cafe He said, "Williams wrote the algorithm and I wrote that base code for the virus". He also said that NSA stopped their research and from then, he never met him

When I asked about Faheem, He shook with fear. He said "Faheem was the most talented hacker I've ever met. He developed a metamorphic virus using his father's algorithm. He was arrested for Hacking a bank server and looting millions of dollars"

He said he didn't meet Williams for years but how did he know about Faheem? I was shocked. He said Faheem contacted Albert using Williams'sold dairy.
Even though what Albert said was logically correct I've had trust issues with Albert.

When he was saying about Faheem and research did by Williams and his team, a bullet from a sniper injured Albert. I was surrounded by many thugs with advanced guns and helicopters. Albert lost consciousness. I called for back up and medical support. I defended Albert until the backup had arrived.

Finally! Backup had arrived. Commandos leapt into action. They have taken Albert in a helicopter and commandos attacked them with rocket launchers.
Albert was taken to the hospital. Doctors said that it would take a few days for Albert to regain consciousness. I had no clue what to do, just then commandos gave me a uniform and Id card of one of the thugs.

Their organization name was Black knights.

Suddenly My phone started to display random colour bars. After that, it displayed "THINGS JUST GOT PERSONAL."

Black knights organisation was formed in the year 1990. But our organization was able to stop Black knights.

Then I learnt that Williams and his team were assigned to stop this organization.

They were successful in it. After a few hours, Albert regained consciousness. He said, "at that time he had access to all of the sensitive information. Williams started to sell that sensitive information. This is why Williams was suspended."

A few days later at my office (at my investment banker's office)
I heard someone saying "the reason behind a robbery was to steal some evidence "
Then an idea popped in my mind.
I questioned my cyber wing, "what kind of data was stolen in that breach". He said, "the records of Williams and his team data files were corrupted". But Albert records were fine.

Surprisingly then I asked about Albert's records. He said that "Albert was working for our organization but Williams and his team were exclusively hired for combating black knights. Albert was assigned to supervise them and the records of another officer we're stolen" I asked who was it. He said"I should check our back server I will get you the name within a couple of days"

Then I got a call from a very special person. Actually, I was not expecting him.

t was Faheem.
He said "Hi James it's me your best buddy," He said, " you can't catch a thief who knows about the police,". He said that he knows everything about NSA's defence systems and he said he would avenge his father's death.

He said my family should pay the price. But I am an orphan
Then I understood the meaning of his message " things just got personal. "

I thought it was a national issue but now it is my personal problem. Then I remembered the words of my friend " what you see is different from what is real"
