"Daddy are you sure you are okay?" (Y/n) asked worried. As Midoryia coughed constantly.
"Yes cupcake I'm fine It's just a cough"he said with a smile. (y/n) starred unconvinced.
" daddy if your sick that's okay... "She said as she walked closer to him. Midoryia held his hand out to tell her to stay where she was.
"No no...I'm fine don't worry"he said. (Y/n) nods nervously.
" now go back to bed I'll see you in the morning "he said. (Y/n) nodded sadly as she walked to her room.
Midoryia sighs as he grabbed a cup of water and drunk it down. This was getting worse and worse for Midoryia.

Flashback

"Its normal and I think you will be able to get back to your regular self in about a week" he doctor said.
"So what exactly was I got with?" Midoryia asked as he looked at the doctor.
"The villains quirk was a lung infection one which was surprising but I know that it should wear off in the next week or so" he explained.
"I see, should I let (y/n) know?"
" I prefer not she has enough trama at such a young age "he said.
" I understand "he said

Flashback over

Midoryia was given more time to recover the from the quirk attack and decided it would be best if (y/n) went to daycare even if he was home.
" daddy wake up It's 12:45" (y/n) said. Midoryia coughs as he looked at her.
"I-i know...now, but It's okay I'm off for a bit"
"Oh, so where going to hang out?"
" no you still need to go to daycare "
"B-but-"
"It's okay I'll pick you up like always"
" Won't you be lonely? "
"I'll be fine I promise"
" okay I trust you "

It's been four days and it's been getting worse.

"Daddy!" (Y/n) called from downstairs. Midoryia walked out of his room. His lungs where exhausted and it hurt to breath he had a wheeze as he began to feel dizzy.
"Y-yeah i'm...com~" Midoryia lost consciousness and fell down the stairs. (Y/n) screams as she ran over.
"D-daddy?!" she said. She began to check his pockets to find his phone. She dials 911
"911 please state the nature of your emergency-"
" daddy's fallen and he won't get up! "She said crying.
" okay ma'am tell me your address "
"Deku's mansion" she said quickly
"Were on our way"the man said calmly. "Try to make sure her breathing I'll stay on the phone till help arrives"
" O-okay "she said crying.
" Its going to be okay I'm very proud that you knew to call us immediately "
"M-mr. Sinbad taught us..." she said.
"Well he's a good teacher and your a good listener"
"T-thank you..." she whispers.
"Your welcome" he said.
After about three minutes the ambulance arrived.

They took Midoryia immediately and quickly did surgery. The blood had clogged in his lungs and it was causing him to lose oxygen.
(Y/n) hugged Zuzu tightly as a doctor kept her company.
"He's going to be okay" the doctor said as he rubbed her back. She looked at the doctor nervously.
"B-but he wasn't breathing" she said quietly
"And that doesn't mean he was dead"he said.
"C-can I see him when he wakes up"
" Of course (y/n) he smiled. He made her feel better as he also let her wear his jacket for a bit when a nurse arrived.
"Surgery was successful and he is doing fine he's asleep and most likely will wake up tomorrow morning" she said "do you have anyone to stay with?"
" uncle sho? "She asked.
" I'll call him "the doctor said.

Shoto arrived two minutes after the call.

" is Mid-deku okay?! "He asked.
"He's just asleep"
" And (y/n)? "
"Right here"he said. As the nurse held her hand as she walked her to him. Shoto bent down and picked her up.
" thank you please call me when he wakes up "he said.
" We will and thank you for your Service"
"it is my pleasure, and Thank you for yours"he said with a nod as he left.
"Are you okay Marshmallow?" he asked.
"No, daddy fell and he couldn't get up"she said sadly.
" he'll be fine I promise "he said "your dad to s stronger than all might"
" He is? "
"Yes and he's not going anywhere Especially when you are still here"he said.
" okay but I'm still scared "she said.
" don't be"
"Why?"
" because I am here"he joked. (Y/n) smiled weakly.
"Thanks for cheering me up uncle sho"
"Of course marshmallow"

De next dei

Midoryia's POV

My head hurts and my chest feels weak. I opened my eyes as I say up. I looked around to find my self in a hospital....again.
"Now what happened?" I sigh annoyed.
"The quirk attack took a great affect on you and clogged your lungs,you lost consciousness because of it and your daughter was smart enough to call for help" the nurse said. I nodded.
"Is she here?"
" no we haven't contacted then yet"
"Wait them?"
" Yes, (y/n) is with Shoto "
"Ah, well I only want to see (y/n) I have a lot of explaining to do..."

(Y/n) walked in but she didn't hug Midoryia as stayed quiet and didn't look at him. Midoryia saw this coming.
"I know I've should have told you that I had some lung problems" he said. (Y/n) looked at him.
"You don't trust me..." she said quietly.
"What n-no! I do!"
" Then...why did you say you was okay when you wasn't "
"I didn't think it would end up like this" he said.
"Well it did"
"Watch your tone young lady"Midoryia said seriously. (Y/n) looked back at Zuzu.
"Why don't you trust me?" she asked.
"I do but your not old enough for the things I want to tell you" he said.
"I could have helped daddy"she said.
"I know... "Midoryia said as he liked away from her for a few seconds then looks back.
" maybe we still need to work on our trust for each other okay? "He said. (Y/n) starred at the floor as she nods.
" okay, but how are we going to do that "
