                        David's POV

Jason and I were on our way back from Target when Heath rang me in a frenzy. I put him speaker.

"David you need to come down to the hospital right now."

"Why did Zane get shitfaced again and dive of the kitchen island."

"No! David, I think Natalie is having a miscarriage."

I look at Jason who looks just as shocked as me. "What? What happened."

"Shawn happened. He found out where we were and they got into a fight and he attacked her."

"HE DID FUCKING WHAT!?" We said at the same time. "Heath we'll be there soon." I hung up the phone. "I swear to god if I see that mother fucker I'll kill him." I muttered. I wasn't a really violent person but no one should do that to a person especially not Natalie.

                      Natalie's POV

I was rushed into intensive care as soon as we set foot in the reception room. It was me, Rinna and Kris in a room for about 2 minutes before a doctor walked. She did the standard procedure and checked everything. She told me I was 4 weeks along. But that was. That fucking was haunted me. I grabbed onto Rinna's hand and squeezed it hard.

When she checked the heartbeat, it wasn't there. After two more minutes of searching she told be my baby was gone. I know it wasn't a baby yet but hurt just as much. Shawn killed his own child. The girls wrapped me in a tight hug before they went out to tell the boys. About 5 minutes later David walked. I opened my arms for a hug and broke down again.

"It's g-gone David. M-my baby's g-gone. He k-killed my b-baby." I stuttered out and he just held me tighter. When I finally let go I saw that he was crying too. "I'm so sorry, Nat." He whispered as he attempted to wipe away my tear and in return I wiped his away too.

About an hour later we were able to leave. Everyone had red puffy eye. And I mean everyone. As we walked outside I heard police talking. "Shawn Nelson you are under arrest for assault and child destruction you have the right to remain silent any thing you say can and will be used against you." Tears of happiness leaked from my eyes. Serves him right. But who called the cops.

"Who called the police?" I asked. Matt raised his hand and I smiled at him. Of course it was Matt, he's the only rational one. We all got into the three car we brought with us. I got in with David and Jason. I sat in the passenger sid and David grabbed my hand, for emotional support though. After a quiet 20 minute drive to the house before we were at the lodge again. I couldn't talk to anyone without crying at the minute so I rushed up the stairs and into my room.

Like a normal person I turned my music on full blast and listened to sad music. Elastic heart by sia came on and I immediately started cry and sing. Not a pretty sight. People always said I had an angels voice but if I did I didn't have it now. I'll tell you that.

"But I've got thick skin and an elastic heart, well your blade it might be too sharp-"

"Wow even whilst crying you still had and angel's voice." I swung around to see David coming into the room. I hated looking week so I wiped my cheeks and turned back around quickly. "Nat.... You don't have to hide from me, you are so strong. You'll get through this."

I didn't mean to but i snapped. "HOW? TELL ME HOW, DAVID CAUSE I DON'T KNOW. I don't know how to David. I don't." So much for hiding it. He pulled me into his embrace again as I cried. "I'm s-sorry."

"Shh it's Nat. It's OK." He kissed my forehead. I never realised until now, but I might actually love David. And not platonically either. But I can't. I looked him in the eyes before I did something completely irrational. I reached up and kissed him. As soon as it happened I pulled away and ran. I couldn't do this, as much a I truly loved him, I don't a rerun of what just happened. I felt so bad but its time to look out for myself. There was a spare room filled with cleaning products but there was a love seat near the back.

I sat down and cried a bit more. I don't know what to do. I don't this I ever will.
