❂Rules for Participants❂
We know, we know, rules are gross, but if these are going to run smoothly, we need to enforce some rules (Sorry). We'll try to keep them to a minimum and easy to follow, but here they are!
❂You must permanently follow the hosts, mimiquo and Slothzilla07, since they are taking time out of their day to host these awards. You must also follow this account for updates, but you may unfollow once the awards are over.
❂You must follow your judges once announced. This is because they are taking the time to read all of your stories.
❂Add this book to either your library, public reading list, or both for updates.
❂Absolutely NO bribing of the judges. Judges, if anyone tries, you MUST alert one of the hosts. We're not accusing any of you doing that though, because we're all pure angels here.
❂Everyone act like the angels you are! No bullying, harassment, or judging people on their race, sexuality, religion, or anything like that.
❂To enter your book, you must have at least three chapters, not including prologues, casts, aesthetics, etc. This is so we actually have something to judge you on. This doesn't include short stories or poems, but short stories must be complete and poems must have at least 5 poems.
❂For now, we'll only be requesting entries in English. I hope you all understand why! We apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause.
❂Since this is a contest for undiscovered writers, you must have a maximum of 15K reads or less.
❂You may enter up to 2 books, but they have to be in different genres.
❂If you change your username or book title, IMMEDIATELY alert us. We will not be held responsible if your book gets lost.
❂The password will be the second letter/digit/symbol in your username. This way we know you have read the rules.
❂Mature books are allowed, but please make sure to clearly state why in your submission
❂LGBTQ+ books are also allowed
❂Rules for Judges❂
❂You must be able to judge the first 3 chapters (not counting extras like prologue, character aesthetics, etc.) of 10 books in the course of 14 days (two weeks)
❂Stay active and don't ghost us
❂You must follow the judging criteria (coming up in a later chapter)
❂You must add this book to your public reading list for updates
❂The password is the third letter in your username
❂You must permanently follow the accounts mimiquo, Slothzilla07, and temporarily this account, but you may unfollow this account when the awards are over
❂You are not allowed to be bribed, and if anyone tries, you MUST alert Slothzilla07 and mimiquo!
