(4) Catching Up

It was getting hard to breathe, it was really Twilight, in the flesh.

"Lulu. I missed you so much, I thought you were gone." Twilight jumped at me. In that moment we both cried our living butterflies out.

"H­-How are you alive?" I asked.

"Well...you see, when the bomb went off, Rikki and I landed near a tree, one of the men spot us and was walking toward us. I told Rikki to run, but he wouldn't budge. He saw one of the men, he said that he would hide behind a purple rose bush that was beside us. The man then saw that I was alone, he grabbed me and was pushing me to his group. We started walking to the way we had come, but before they could do anything. There were soldiers, when they saw I was hostage, they took me to a different carriage, that they said they had been protecting. I saw Liberta standing with his mom. His father spotted me. Ever since then, I've never seen Rikki. I grew up with Liberta and we started dati-­never mind." So they made it out alive. It made me sad to know that Rikki was still missing, but he was at least somewhere out there.

"So Twi, your wish to kiss Liberta came true." I teased. She was blushing really hard, and so was Liberta. *Ahem*. I turned and saw Wendy and Charles looking at me. Oh right.

"Wendy, Charles meet my sister Twilight and my former brother-­in-­law. Twi, Lib meet Wendy and her exceed Charles."

"What type of magic do you use Wendy?" asked Lib.

"Well, Liberta­-san, I am the sky maiden, also known as the sky dragon slayer. What about you two?" Wendy responded.

"Well Wendy, I use demon magic, and he uses word magic." Twilight said. Wendy stared at her then at me.

"It sounds like Levy­-chan's magic, Lucy-­san." Wendy exclaimed. I was about to answer when I heard a voice coming from my lacrima. That voice belonged to Master.

"Lucy, are you there?" Master asked. I grabbed it and answered him with a nod.

"What the bloody howl is that Lu?"

"Wendy, can you explain what this is to both of them. Wendy responded with a 'hai'. "Master, is everything ok?"

"Yes Lucy. Levy figured out why the guild was acting like it was. Someone put an apposite charm, they go by the name. Rikki." Right there, thats when tears streamed out. He was alive after all.

"Thank you master." I whispered, he nodded and the lacrima went off. I looked over at Twilight, she was talking to Wendy about how Iv'e been.

"So yeah, she was hurt, and I didn't want to leave her." I looked over at all of them, Wendy just told them why I left.

"Lucy, is this true? That some guy named Natsu, who was supposedly your best friend kicked you out of his team?" Liberta had a dark aura around him.

"Yes, but I know why." Charles looked at me with wide eyes when I spoke. "It was...Rikki, he put an apposite charm in Fairy Tail, he put it and made it for them specifically hate me." Twilight sobbed when she heard me say Rikki. "It didn't take control of Laxus, Mira,Gajeel, Levy, Pantherlily, Happy, Gray, Master, and both of you because you cared for me as a family member. It would have worked in Erza, but her armor just attracted it more." Twilight, had a death glare.

"Anyways...I think you are hungry, why don't you join Wendy, Lucy, and me." Charles changed the subject. Liberta and Twilight nodded, after awhile of eating, I could still tell that both Lib and Twi were pissed.

(TWO WEEKS LATER) Meanwhile at Fairy Tail, Natsu POV

I couldn't stay like this any longer, all of us had treated Lucy horribly and caused her Charles and Wendy to leave the guild. Happy wouldn't talk to me, and Master was pissed at most of us. "That's it!" I slammed my first on the table, mina looked at me. "I'm looking for Luce." I started to make my way to the guild doors, when a sudden pain hit me on the side. I looked and saw that Ojīchan(gramps) was the one who hit me.

"You will do no such thing Natsu; Lucy decided she wants to leave and she will come back when she wants to." He said calmly.

Master POV

I sourdive lied to him, Lucy actually was going to New York, she somehow figured out that her brother, the one who out the charm on the guild, was there. She would come back in about two years, was all she had said last time I spoke to her. I got up and went to the very spot I always sit at the bar. "Romeo, Happy, Laxus, Mirajane, Gajeel, Levy, Panther-lily, and Gray. Come over here." They all looked at me with sad expression, they still weren't happy about what the guild did. They made their way toward me and stood there in dead silence.

"Oi, Ojīchan! How come only they are aloud to talk to you." Natsu shouted with an expression I couldn't exactly read. I ignored him and spoke to the people I had called to come over here to me.

"Lucy won't come back until in two years. Wendy and Charles are going with her to New York for those two years. They want all of you to live your life again and be your cheerful selves. Romeo, Happy, Laxus, Mirajane, Gajeel, Levy, Panther-lily, and Gray looked at me, they nodded, but I knew this was going to be hard.

Back with Lucy, Wendy POV

Lucy-San decided that we would go to New York and look for her brother. Our plane has landed. Charles was on my lap sleeping, Liberta-San, Twilight-san were with us.

"Hey," Twilight announced "Maybe while we're here, we can have an education and go to school. Rikki is always hard to find espicially in hide & seek, it will do us some good if we at least enjoy our time here."

"I agree, Wendy you need to learn and have a proper education" Charles spoke this time.

Hey, I know you all want to kill me with everything you got! but I'm soooo*continues for 1 more hour* sorry! I was busy with finals. I really meant to update.

Natsu & Liberta: why didn't you update, we wanted to know more you little author geek.
