I'm confused, uncomfortable, frightened and sweaty. I don't remember anything and I have no idea where I am, all I knew was I was in the dark in a moving box. It's loud and unpleasant. I look around me and see walls, I look above my head and see daylight a slight mix of joy and fear rushed to my mind. Fearing what's up there but grateful that their is a way out. The top opened up revealing the world around me and I squinted my eyes, I saw a crowd of boys around me and a tall, blonde headed boy, around seventeen hopped into the box. He looked up into the crowed in confusion. I figured out why he was confused on my own I was the only girl....
"im Newt and these are the Gladers" he said as he helped me stand and get out of the box. My legs were asleep and I was dizzy so as soon as I got up, i collapsed. Newt reached out his arm for me to grab "are you okay" he asked with concern. I noticed he had an attractive accent. " Yeah I'm fine" I lied my legs went back to normal already so I felt really dizzy "my legs just fell asleep."
"Do you remember you're name?" Newt questioned. "No" I thought as hard as I could, the harder I thought the dizzier I became. Just like before I collapsed but this time I blacked out.
