Chapter 14 - Forest Trip

I woke up feeling down. I don't know how to describe this type of feeling. It was like something bad is going to happen today. But I just shrugged off this feeling and got out of my bed.

I then took a shower and after that I went to Jennie's room. "Nini" I poked her shoulder with my finger. "What happened Y/n?" She asked.

"It's that today I'm free and I have nothing to do." I told her. "Oh finally you are free from the dated. It has been...." Jennie started counting with her fingers. "Umm 11 days!" She completed her sentence.

"Yeah yeah I know! That's why I wanted to do something special and mind-refreshing" I said and she started thinking. "Let me search" Jennie said and held her mobile searching something.

"How about Camping?!" She asked me excitedly. "Omg yes!" I answered equally excited. "So it is done!" She said happily but soon frowned remembering something.

"What happened?" I asked her. "Y/n can we change the plan?" Jennie asked me as I asked her the reason. "It's because yesterday Kai got a huge promotion in his work so he is holding a party tonight and he invited us." Jennie explained looking sorry.

"Oh but I really wanted to refresh my mind." I said as I began thinking on what to do. Suddenly Jennie came up with an idea. "It's okay you can go and I think I will pass this time" Jennie asked me and I nodded.

"Ok now I gotta go and get ready" I said and left Jennie's room. I then took a bath and got ready for the camping.

I then packed all my items. Food, Mobile, Power Bank, Tooth brush, a Notebook and pen for some sketches and all that. After packing I asked Jennie to drop me on the vacation.

We then hopped on the car and Jennie started driving. "So finally you can refresh your mind and don't forget to thoroughly think before accepting anyone." Jennie told me and I nodded.

After we reached there, it was quite and calm just like I wanted. Jennie then looked at me. "Are you sure you want to be alone? And in this place?" She asked and I nodded. "Don't worry Jen I love it" I said and she then came to me and hugged.

"Just stay safe and enjoy." She told me and then sat on her car. I waved at her and she then left still worrying about me.

"Ok so here I come peace!" I shouted in the direction of the forest and started walking.

As I walked more and more, I started feeling tired and lonely. "Am I alone here?" I asked myself suddenly getting scared. It was now dawn.

I started feeling so I took out my water bottle from my bag and started drinking fastly and as you guessed, in no time my only bottle was empty.

"Shoot" I face-palmed myself as I realised that I have no water left. It's okay I can still continue to enjoy this trip. I then decided to message Jennie.

Y/n: Jennieeeeeeee

Jendeukie😺: What happened? You are fine right?

Y/n: Yeah yeah don't worry I'm fine it's just that I'm feeling really lonely

Jendeukie😺: Then come back

Y/n: How can I? I made a promise that I will come back tomorrow

Jendeukie😺: Then break your promise

Y/n: What? How ca

As I was about to answer back my phone suddenly glitched and died. What how did that happened? I charged it fully!

I then searched for my power bank but I couldn't find it. I swear I placed a power bank in my bank! "OMG" I said as I noticed a big hole on my bag.

And aside from the power bank more things were nowhere to be found in my bag. It's okay! I didn't needed those things anyway!

I then again continued my trip after I tied that part of my bag to prevent more things from falling. I'm still fine!

It was now getting dark and I had to open my tent. Luckily it was fine. I then found a plain ground and placed my soon-to-be-home on it.

I then went inside the tent and it was perfect. As I was tired, I decided to take a nap.

I woke up as I heard a dog barking. I looked at the direction and saw that a wild dog was running towards my tent. I froze in my place. I then suddenly screamed.

After that I heard nothing but silence. I popped my head slowly out of the tent and saw a.... Boy? and he shot the dog with his arrow! Omg a human! I hurriedly ran towards him and hugged him from behind. I was so happy to find a human and he also saved me!

He suddenly looked behind and glared at me. I suddenly backed off. "I'm s-sorry" I apologised and he was about to go when I held his hand. "Please don't leave me." I looked at him with my puppy eyes.

"By the way, what's your name?" I asked him. "Why do you want to know?" He asked me and I smiled. "Because you save me and I owe you" I explained and he sighed.

"I'm Sunwoo"
