It was the first day of school and I didn't want to get out of bed. "Time to get up!" My mom calls. She kept yelling until I finally got up. I had to take a shower that morning because I didn't want to be know as "The guy who never takes a shower." After my shower, I had to find out what to wear. After fifteen minuets of searching, I finally decided to wear my Captain America shirt with some dark jeans. I was about to go back to bed until I realized that it was five minuets before school started. I grabbed my backpack with my wallet and my phone and darted down stairs. I had to drive my mom's Dodge Challenger to school because my dad had to go to work early today.

I finally made it to school with two minuets to spare. I had to go by the office to pick-up my class schedule for the school year. As I'm waiting in line, I noticed my best friend from middle school was standing right in front of me. I didn't notice her because she got taller and she died her hair a different color. "Ally?" I said. She turned around yelled my name aloud and gave me a big hug. "So, how was your summer, Drew?" She asked. "It was great." I said. "How was yours?" "It was awesome!" She said with great enthusiasm. I noticed she wore her Captain America shirt with some black jeans, too. She couldn't see my shirt because I wore a jacket. I unzipped my jacket and her eyes lit up. Finally, it was our turn to get our schedules. When I got mine she asked,"What classes do you have?" Then we traded papers. We both noticed that we had all of the same classes.
After the bell for first period rang, we looked around our class to see if we remembered anyone from middle school. Then Ally noticed one of her friends that she had known for a long time. She stood up and walked over to her. When her friend looked up, she stood up and gave Ally a big hug. They both walked over to me. Ally introduced me to her. Her name was Samantha and she was really nice. She wore a Deadpool shirt and some light blue jeans. "Where is your schedule?" I asked. She then walked over to her desk and then she walked back. She gave it to me and I read it over. She had the same exact classes as Ally and I. "Who made these schedules?" I said aloud. the teacher then looked at me with a mean look. I then thought to myself,"This is going to be the best Freshman year ever."
