Hey There, Shy Guy!

1)New Year , Fresh start

NOTE:(Ik you guys might be thinking why this is set in university as he was already in BTS by that age but ....this is just a fanfiction not based wholly on actual events...enjoy!)

 It was a brand new day. Cheong was very excited about university. Of course she had been the popular girl in college and people thought she was just in her own gang and didn't bother being friendly with the others.

 But she was the exact opposite...she had always wanted a fresh start to prove herself. And now that she was in college it was the perfect opportunity.

She had just turned 19, now more mature than before and all geared up for her first day at the college at Hangook Sujin University (just a random name I came up with :P).

She left for college in another city away from her parents and lived in an apartment with her best friends as her roommates.

"A brand new day..finally!" she thought to herself. She video called her parents,showered, and got all dressed. That's when she heard the sound of a car honking from her bedroom window. 

"Ah jinjja Shim Cheong!! It's the first day of university when are u going to stop being so late"- Younha shouted.

 It was So Ah and Younha her best friends who had been waiting for her in the car outside. "Coming!" Cheong shouted back.

As she rushed out of the door after stuffing some toast in her mouth she hurriedly locked her door and sat in car. 

"Ready to meet new hot guys "- said So Ah looking at her friends. "So Ah you can think of hot guys all day right"- said Cheong with a laugh.

"OFC! she can she's the queen of switching boyfriends . No one can catch upto her in that matter "- Younha replied with an uncontrollable laughter. 

So Ah replied"Hey! stop being sarcastic, I'm not a boyfriend girl uk....I'm a...."

She was cut off by Cheong and Younha who joked "Yeah yeah we know you are a player ,no commitments, no attachments". 

"Yeah yeah keep mocking me , until the day i find my true love"- said So Ah.......

" And when will that auspicious date come"Cheong joked....to which So Ah replied with a simple "Soon"

"Bye CHEONG!" So Ah and Younha shouted as they were in the same major of Computer science while Cheong was in Performing Arts.

Since her first class was an hour later than her friends, she had the time to walk around the campus for a bit. She was casually strolling around looking at the people around her.

She saw a cafeteria and thought" Good I really need food right now I'm starving". The cashier smiled at her and said"Good morning, what would u like miss? ......to which she answered after a pause , "Caramel Macchiato and a Berry cereal bar please".

"Gamsahabnida!"(thanks in korean) she said when she was handed her food. She finished her food and realised she was running late and in a hurry she had bumped into someone.

"Omg ....I'm so sorry " as she looked up to see a cute guy who resembled a bunny. (yes guys kookie has entered!!).

 "It's fine" he said in a soft voice and ran away ..."But ,but your key" she called out after him, it fell out of his pocket when they had collided.

"It's okay, I might see him around I'll return it to him then".....she said to herself as she placed the key in her bag and  headed straight for the hall where the first lecture was supposed to take place.

She entered the hall to see many new cheerful people , but no familiar faces . She introduced herself to many people and saw that guy she has just collided into sitting right there in the corner.

"HEY YOU!" she said to him but he seemed to ignore her......she went straight upto him "Hey, I'm Cheong remember when we bumped into each other earlier , you dropped this".

 "Thanks" he replied in a not so thankful way , the look on his face clearly said do not approach me...

"I told you my name , what's yours?" she said still not taking a clue that he wanted to be left alone.......after a brief moment of his hesitation he said "Jeon Jungkook that's my name"

"Hii Jungkook nice to meet you, hope we can be good friend's in the future"......to which he didn't respond just shyly looked away....

Cheong thought to herself " What a weird guy :/ "and went to seat herself as the lecture was going to begin.

During the lecture they were asked to introduce themselves and their passion. Soon it was Cheong's turn to speak "I want to be a good human being first and then become a great art director".

Just then Cheong saw Jungkook staring at her with his bunny like eyes , only to see him turn his gaze away.....

"Why is he so shy , she thought to herself".....obviously her cheerful personality wouldn't get it.....she had always been such an extrovert

Then it was Jungkook's turn to speak " I want to be a singer...just like Gdragon" while some people cheered for him, Cheong just intently stared at him....

There was something about him that intrigued her...she was curious about this guy. 

She kept watching him throughout the rest of the lecture..."I should head over to the parking lot So Ah and Younha must be waiting for me" she thought to herself as the day was over

She kept wondering about this weird bunny guy....."You know i met this really weird guy today, he was actually ignoring me when i tried to be nice to him" 

After a pause she continued "Well maybe he's just shy but he could've atleast thanked me properly....he was kinda cute though like a rabbit"

"By looks the looks of it Cheong , you are interested in this guy ;) ..... who's he , what's his name" asked an excited So Ah...."Yeah tell us..tell us "replied Younha

HE IS JEON JUNGKOOK.................AND I'M NOT INTERESTED IN HIM!
