Coming out wasn’t the most difficult part of my life. It was actually the easiest. I was accepted for who I was by my family, friends, school, and community. I’m lucky for that, I didn’t have a reputation to ruin, or a family that would break apart. I’m writing this because I think it a story that needs to be told. I would love to changes things in this to make it better, but the only way to say this is by telling the truth. I sometimes wish this wasn’t real. But it is.
