{I made my way into the class looking for somewhere to sit but most of the seats were all tooking up apart from the one beside Ethan . Great

As I sat beside him he began to smirk I just rolled my eyes and got my books out , the teacher was running late today so everyone just started talking to there friends and stuff . Just then he spoke "the new girl hmm "
I responded with a nod
"Ur the girl who moved next door to me ?" He asked
"Um yeah I think so , ur the one who took a psycho at me for no reason " I spoke back
"Uh yeah about that I had a bad day didn't mean to take it out on u"
He apologised
"It's fine"
He smiled "well we could start over , maybe get to no eachother " he said this while moving his chair a bit closer to me"
I remember everything the girls said to me at lunch so I moved mine further away from him . He scrunched his face in confusion
"I'm not gonna bite u no "
"I'm not interested .. u no" I said back mocking him .
"Hmm we'll see "
You just ignored him as class started
"Hello students sorry I was running late but today we won't be doing much work as I'm assigning you all with partners for your start of the year science project "
I heard everyone complaining about it
I was a bit confused
"Oh my bad we have a new student with us today um Leah Jacobs is she here ?"
"Oh yes that's me "
"Welcome hope ur having a good first day"
"Uh yeah I am"u responded feeling awkward with all eyes on you
"Ok good "
Okay moving on the project  means u all will need a partner , now I'm gonna make it simple and pair u with whoever is sitting next to u"
I was tooking by shock I had to be partners with ETHAN oh no I'm not looking forward to this at all
On the other hand Ethan seemed very delighted as he smirked leaning towards me "I guess we're gonna have to get to no each other now hmm " he spoke
U responded with "whatever "
The bell rung for class to be over , everyone was about to get up and leave but the teacher interrupted by saying"before u all leave u must no there won't be a lot of time for this project in school so most of it will have to happen outside of school
Omg could this get any worse ?
I was about to leave when Ethan grabbed my arm and pulled me back he begun to speak "my house or yours ?"
"Look just give me ur number and we can make arrangements "
"Hmm getting the new girls number already " he teased me
"It's for the project only don't be getting any ideas "
He reposed with "ok whatever u say "
