We both tripped over each other and fell onto the floor. She came from my right while I was running forward.
"What-" I started to say but she slapped her hand onto my mouth. She put a finger on her mouth telling me to be quiet. We heard the animal from behind me walking in the other direction.

I stared at her hazel eyes while we waited for the sound to fade. She was wearing the same thing as me but with a red bandana over her mouth. She had dark brown hair that was split into a side part with a small braid on her right side. Once the sound faded she took her hand off my mouth.

"Watch where you're going next time or you could've killed the both of us" she said as she stood up. She had a hard english accent. She held her hand out for me to take.

"What was that?" I asked as she pulled me up. We were about the same height.

"I don't know" she replied. She started walking back in the direction she came from.

"Where are we?"I asked following behind her.

"I don't know" she replied again.

"Are we the only ones here?"I ask.

"No, there are more people, but I haven't seen them" she answered.

"But if you haven't seen them then how would you know?" I asked.

"They've been leaving a trail of food behind but I don't know where they got it" So she wasn't the one with the tuna sandwich. Then there must have been someone else who was near me.

"What's your name?"I ask.

"Bianca, you?" she says without making eye contact.

"Rina" I answer.

"How long have you been here, Rina?" She asks.

"Just got here"I answer.

"Me too"
"What's the last thing you remember?"she asks. I never really thought about that.

"Packing, my mom, sister, and I were supposed to spend the summer in France for vacation" I say. I forgot about that. Val and I were so excited."You?"

"I was at a cafe in London" She answers. We stay silent the rest of the time walking until we come across empty soda cans. There were about 7 of them, all empty.

"They were in a group"she says as she picks one up. A group of 7? We continue to walk in silence. We come across another double door. We both look at each other competing on who should open it. I blink. Dang it. I open the door and it's another room. Like the one I had came from. At the end of the room we spot a blue bicycle. Next to the bike is another double door. She opens it this time and leads to another hallway.

"This place is endless" she says as she walks to the right to the hallway. We walk for about an hour in silence passing through double doors and endless hallways and rooms.

"How old are you?"I ask to break the silence.

"17"she says.

"Me too" I reply. We come across a half eaten snickers bar. I look ahead while she examines it. Then I hear a bell ahead of us. A bike bell. She looks up from the snickers bar. We both look at each other and start running toward the sound. We turn right toward the sound and come across a blue bike. But with no owner. Then I hear someone jump on Bianca. A boy carries a knife and holds it up to Bianca's neck.

"Jesus Christ, I thought you were someone else" he says as he gets up. I help Bianca up from the ground.

"How did you get the bike?" She asks. It was the same bike that we had seen a while ago.

"I came here with it I guess. The last thing I remember was me riding my bike and suddenly I bump into a wall and I'm here" Weird.

"Who did you think we were?" I ask.

"Ryder and his guys" he answers as he walks his bike. Bianca and I follow him from behind.

"Who?"Bianca asks.

"The guys who leave food all over the place, they took Luke" he answered.

"And Luke is...?" I ask.

"My friend, we met last week when I first arrived, he's been here for a year though" a year. The both of them have been here longer than Bianca and I. Imagine running from that animal for a year.

"How do you know you've been here for a week?" Bianca asks. He reaches into his pocket and pulls out a watch.

"It was Luke's, but he gave it to me" He says. It was 7:00.

"I'm Bianca" she says.

"Jamaal" he says. His eyes dart towards me and I stare at his grey eyes. He looks middle eastern and his eyes are beautiful.

"Rina" I answer. He looks at me confused for a moment but he shakes it off and grabs his bike.
