dude next door// MinJoong

Hongjoong like yesterday, was too tired for his own good, he drowned in papers and due dates today and he needed to cram everything in this one night. When he entered his apartment he didn't waste a second to lose he bolted to the restroom to change, then ate a small snack and got right to working. He forgot the dude next door was gonna knock sooner or later.

"Knock knock sweetheart.."

Hongjoong turned his head towards the wall where he would normally spend his sleepless and frustrated nights. He approached the wall and tiredly knocked on the wall, he really wanted some company right now. He kinda works better when he can feel a presence with him, they don't really need to be talking to each other as long as the other was there. He would feel some motivation.

"You have time..? I sometimes forget that we're right beside each other.."

The wall said, Hongjoong didn't know what to do, he wanted to go and see who this person was and thank him, but he also wanted to work on his um.. 'homework's' So he decided to ask if they could come here.

"C-can you come here..? I have something due tomorrow.."

Hongjoong didn't think he would say yes and let alone come here and he was kind of afraid to know how this person looked like, not like Hongjoong judges people by appearance. After a few moments of silence He heard a knock, but not on the wall but on his front door. Hongjoong quietly stood up and approached the door, putting his hand on the doorknob. He looked a deep breath and sighed. He opened the door and looked at the person.

He was tall, about 6 feet he wore a simple dark blue jacket,grey sweat pants and slippers. Before hongjoong could speak, the stranger opened his mouth. "Can I come in..?" He asked, the same deep voice that came from the wall senses shivers down Hongjoong's spine. "Y-yes" as he opened the door for him to come inside. And he stepped inside.

After a few hours, hongjoong got his work done
, and he also found out that his name was Mingi, and that he just had the worst day of his life yesterday. I guess that he did get cheated on, not that Hongjoong didn't think he did. And Mingi found out that his name was Hongjoong, and his days are hell, getting yelled at and thrown papers with really close due dates to make you cram everything in one day. I guess you could say that they get each other's problems.

  "Hey thanks for stay with me!" Hongjoong smiled, he was really grateful that Mingi stayed with him. Mingi just smiled back at the small male. "Your welcome sweetheart." Hongjoong blushed at the pet name and nodded. With a few minutes to spear they started creaking up puns, jokes and knock knock jokes. "I had fun." Mingi said out of the blue, Hongjoong nodded and checked his phone. 1:10 am "hey I think you should really get back to your apartment, it's 1 in the morning." Hongjoong said tiredly. Mingi stood up and nodded.

    "Thanks for tonight Sweetheart, I'll be sure to come back tomorrow." He smiles and pats Hongjoong's head. Hongjoong also stands up and accompany Mingi to the door, Mingi gave Hongjoong  a sudden surprised hug before leaving. Hongjoong smiles and headed to his room and flops on his bed.
