Chapter 1: The flag and school

Theodore's POV
I sat on my bed crying as my mother packed my clothes. Yesterday I was sick to I had to stay home from church, which I really didn't mind, but when they came back I was horrified. I have a walk in closet and I have a hidden wardrobe where I keep my pride flag, it's a gay pride flag with the word 'Pride' in white on it and my... girl clothes, when my family isn't home I wear female clothes so I'm a secret cross dresser. Now I'm being taken to Kansas, there's a school there for gay boys that will help us 'Purify our souls' and just saying that I live in Washington! So I need to take a plane with my parents to this place, only the richest of people can afford to pay for this school and my dad is a very important business men who works for the government so he has more than enough money to send me there. "Theodore Halo get up and put your glasses back on!" Father yells and I quickly wipe my tears and put my black glasses back on "Hurry up, we'll be back in a few days kids!" Mother tells my three sisters and two brothers, yeah six kids! We got in the car and I just put on my headphones since my parents obviously don't want to talk to me, we sat in silence for two hours until he got to the airport, we sat down and waited until we had to board the plane. I woke up to mother shaking me and we get off the plane and get a taxi, I stayed silence as my parents talked "Theodore where here" I nod as father talks and we get out of the taxi, the massive school is something I'm scared of as I stare at it and then I notice who I'm guessing is the principal standing in front of us along with 17 boys standing behind him in a straight line "Mr and Mrs. Halo, how lovely to meet you! This must be Theodore" he smiles at me and I just stare blanking with my headphones sitting around my neck "Theodore don't be rude!" Mother glares at me "Hello sir" I say, my voice full of boredom "We'll be going now" and with that they get in the taxi and drive off "Ari, Kai help Theodore with his things" two boys walk over to me "Hi I'm Ari Cooper and this is Kai Dawson" Ari had tan skin, dark brown eyes with colour matching hair and was standing at 6'9 while Kai has light cream coloured skin, blue/green eyes with black hair and brown highlights. "Hi, I'm Theodore..." I mumble looking down so I don't blush "What's your last name?" Kai asks, grabbing one of my bags "Halo, Theodore Halo" they look kinda surprised at my last name "Your last name is Halo? That's kinda weird since your from a Christian family" Ari tells me "Please, my aunt wanted me to be named Angel so my soul would be pure" they laugh at the fact "So your parents really think they could turn you straight at this place?" Kai asks me "Well yeah" I roll my eyes and they just smirk "Your parents are really stupid" Ari laughs "Well yeah they are but what are you talking about?" We stop walking and they turn to me "The principal is gay but only the students know that, so it's just a boarding school but without the uniform, some people know the principal and send their sons here so they won't be judged, they don't do anything and some people live here" Ari shrugs and we keep walking "Why do some people live here?" I ask them "Well once the parents find out what really happens here, they don't want their kid to come home, I'm 18 and I've been living here for 3 years, everyone here is either 17 or 18" Kai says and I frown "Great" I say sarcastically "How old are you? You look like your 14" Ari asks me "I'm 16!" I pout and they just laugh.

Kai's POV
It's been awhile since we had a new student and Theodore is pretty cute. He has pale skin, black emo styled hair, a sliver nose ring and beauty galaxy looking eyes that hide behind round black frame glasses "Hey guys get out here!" Ari yells as we enter the dorm building, everyone has their own room, the rooms are on the second floor, the second floor is just a massive balcony so you can walk out of your room and look over the balcony railing and look down to the first floor. The first floor has a massive lounge with a flag screen tv, a dining room where we have breakfast, dinner and lunch and a kitchen, each bedroom has a personal bathroom. Everyone is soo. In front of us and they just stare at Theodore "Guys this is Theodore, he's 16 so leave him alone" Ari tells them "Anyway" we all go to the lounge and sit down "So this Zaiden, Spencer, Elliot, Dustin, Caleb, Charlie, Cody, Kendall, Leo, Julian, August and Morgan" we point out all the the guys to him "There are two more but they're in their rooms, they're twins named Hayden and Hunter the only way to tell them apart is that Hayden has dark green eyes and Hunter has dark blue eyes" I tell Theodore and he nods "Hey Theodore what's with the nose ring?" Elliot asks him "Ok. One, I can have a nose ring if I want and two, call me Theo" he explains to us "Come on let's show you to your room" we quickly make our way up stairs to one of the many free rooms "Here's your room, if you want you can make a sign or something for your door, a few of us have done that" Ari tells him "Ok.." we ended up helping him unpack but he wouldn't let us touch on of the bags "Meow!" We jump when we hear a cat meow come from his bag "What the fuck was that?!" I scream "It was Mochi!" Theo smiles "What's Mochi?" I ask him and he opens his bag "This is Mochi, I know I'm not aloud to but my parents said I could..." he murmurs holding up a small kitten
