Lucy and the others arrived safely back home. But infront of her house. Which she wasn't hopeing for. Which it suprised everyone except Laxus and Lucy that it was already dark out. Then they checked their phones.
Zeref Huh how has it already been a week.
Laxus Time is different in the hidden realm. But lucky for you guys you all were on break when we left.
Lucy Yep. *she said turning to the boys* Hey wait Cobra left already.
Laxus Yeah he took off on Cubellios.
Lucy Figures he doesn't have the nerve to say goodbye.
Laxus Well it's Cobra your talking about. Now I'm gonna head home.
Gray Yeah me too bye Lucy.
Natsu Bye Luce.
Lucy Yeah bye guys. She said walking up to her front door. Then stopped as soon as she seen Zeref still haven't left.
Zeref So Lucy can I over.
Lucy Fine you may stay the night but not tearing up my place and you must be quite so she can sleep.
The three all went inside. Then the Zeref was suprised at how much Lucy place looked cleaner then his because Natsu.
Zeref So this is your place.
Lucy Yeah now I'm gonna go and get her ready for bed.
Stella B-but you told me will go out for ice cream.
Lucy Yes but it's dark out so will go tomorrow okay.
Stella Alright but can he come. *Zeref stood suprised she actually said that. Then Lucy looked at Zeref*
Lucy Uh would you like to come.
Zeref Uh sure it's fine with me. *he said nervously then he seen Stella smile which made him smile.*
Stella Yay. *she said clapping her hands*
Lucy Well now let's go get you ready for bed. *she said taking Stella back to her room. While Zeref looked at all the pictures. Which some of them looked to be her and Stella. But then their were some of her and the guys. Then some her alone. But what most interested him the most was a picture of her and Natsu. Because God seeing them together irritated him

Lucy What's wrong Zeref. *Zeref then turned around real fast
Zeref Nothing I was just looking at your pictures. *Thinking: I won't let him have her*
Lucy Oh okay. *she said as Stella came into the room in her pajamas.*
Stella I'm ready for bed.
Lucy Alright did you brush you teeth.
Stella Yep.
Lucy Alright then Zeref you can sleep on the couch here's a blanket and some pillows. *Lucy then noticed Stella looking sad* what's wrong Stella.
Stella But ain't you supposed to sleep with daddy. *Lucy and Zeref looked at each other and blushed*
Zeref Um Stella I'm not y- *Lucy then stopped him*
Lucy Of course what was I thinking of course he's gonna sleep with me.
Zeref Huh *Zeref then caught onto what Lucy was trying to do* Oh yeah right.
Stella Well then I'm gonna try and sleep in my own bed. *Lucy stood shocked at what she just said*
Lucy Oh really.
Stella Yep I want to be a big girl.
Lucy Alright then I'll give you an extra suprise if you sleep in your bed tonight.

Lucy You'll have to wait and see.
Stella Alright goodnight mom dad. *she said going back to her room as did Lucy and Zeref.

*Lucy and Zeref went to Lucy room*
Lucy Uh sorry about that.
Zeref No it's fine I can tell what you were doing. But it's actually different being called that.
Lucy Well you'll get used to hearing it sooner or later. *Thinking: This can't get anymore awkward* but you don't have to sleep with me.
Zeref No it's fine.
They both get in bed but Lucy scooted towards the wall to give Zeref room.
Zeref Hey so what is it like being a parent with everything.
Lucy Uh well I hate to admit it but it's hard doing it on my own. Because I have to juggle between school and her. So it can be very very stressful. But I don't want to drop out or give her up. So I just keep telling myself maybe Stella will be proud of me. Because I want to show her what good things comes out of working hard.
Zeref Oh so thats how it is.
Lucy Yeah but even if I ain't her real mother I'm glad to have her. Because she made me smile and feel wanted after everything. So I'm gonna do everything I can for her.
Zeref So have you told her about her parents.
Lucy That's what I was gonna talk to her about tomorrow. But I'm afraid she's gonna hate me for lying to her about it. But me Laxus and my father searched for her parents all throughout the kingdom none of them seems to know a thing about her. So my dad thinks they may have been one of the ones in the war. But it's me and my mom's fault their gone.
Zeref It's not your fault it's your grandfather's he was the one who started it so stop blaming yourself. Besides Stella may be upset but I don't think she will hate you. Because look at all you've done for her over uh how old is she again?
Lucy She's six.
Zeref Over the six years you had her. Because you have her a roof to live under toys and clothes galore. But although I don't see what Laxus ment by that. But you always do things to make her happy. So I don't see what she would hate you for. So I think she'll be fine as long as you calmly tell her the truth.
Lucy Your right thanks Zeref. *Zeref then put his arm around her.* Uh what are you doing.
Zeref Just go to sleep we got school tomorrow. *he said closing his eyes going to sleep. While Lucy laid wondering what it will be like tomorrow. But then eventually fell asleep.
