I don't understand (black butler Sebastian x reader)

(AN: this is my first fanfic/post so please leave feedback on how I can improve ! But here are some small tips

(Readers POV )
"OW OW" I yelped being dragged out by my hair from the tailor shop I worked at. "I AM DONE WITH YOU AND YOUR KINDNESS TO OTHERS" my now ex master screamed at me throwing me to the cold hard ground. My (H/C) hair draped over my face making it so no one could see the tears dripping down my face "b-but master ! Please !". "NO you have disobeyed my orders far to many times I DO NOT WANT YOU HERE EVER AGAIN" he hissed at me turning away and slamming the shops door closing the shop early. I sniffled as I could hear the whispers of the crowd around me "what a horrible maid" "she must have stolen from him" "maybe it wasn't her fault " "poor girl" "what a disgrace". My sadness that I have bottled up has came pouring out as I sobbed into my hands the cold breeze causing a shiver down my spine. I carefully stood up pushing through the crowd and running away my face drenched in tears. *my master has t-thrown me out* *I-I have no where to go* these thoughts and worries ran through my head causing reality to blur. Without knowing it I ran on to the main road and in a blink of an eye there was a midnight black carriage and horse speeding my way and a order from a young boy was the last thing that I heard. I screeched bracing for impact but no such force came in contact with me. I felt safe but cold with a tight pressure around my body. As I slowly opened my eyes with my breathing irregular my (E/C) eyes came in contact with dark blood red ones. "Young miss would you mind letting go of me now?" Said the man I was currently clinging to. "Oh my I am terribly sorry !" I squeaked out letting go and stepping aside as I tried calming my breathing. The man gave me a small smile which seemed almost fake "Tis alright miss but are you alright ? You did almost get ran over and oh-" he reached into his pocket pulling out a handkerchief and dabbing a few tears from my cheeks. I blushed lightly and softly squeaked "ah i am alright thank you..." I gently pushed away his hand and wiped my face with my hands. He merely raised an eyebrow standing straight his expression serious as a young boy came up to us. "Ah good job Sebastian I'm glad you made it in time to save her" he then glanced to me. I gasped and bowed my head staying in a bowing position "thank you young lord for saving my worthless life and thank you Sebastian how may I ever repay you two?" my (H/C) hair draping down my face. The young lords eye widened slightly from not being called a child and scoffed "raise your head " he ordered and I did as told staring at him. A bit of amusement in his eye as he gave a small smile "what is your name ?" I looked at him surprised and answered "I am (F/N) (L/N) my lord" he then glanced to his butler. "Miss (L/N) don't you work as the head maid to the owner of the tailor shop ?" I was completely shocked for him knowing. "Y-yes young lord but-" "I saw the incident earlier no need to explain" he cut me off and I looked towards the ground. *why is he asking me all these questions* "did you work in the shop?" "Yes" I nodded and he smiled turning to Sebastian "bring her with you and explain while I attend my meeting, Sebastian" Sebastian looked slightly annoyed by this "shall I not accompany you my lord ?" "No" the young lord said plainly before looking to me "I am ciel phantomhive and if you would like after Sebastian is done with you I have a job offer". The young lord then turned and walked into a building leaving me speechless with a butler who seems to hate me. "My lady follow me I do not have time for mocking around" he ordered as he walked ahead and I quickly caught up. "I'm sorry but what exactly just happened ?" I questioned and he turned to me as if I was an idiot. "I am here to run my masters errands and then test if you are worth to hire" "w-worth to hire ?? In the phantomhive estate ??" He nodded walking into a shop looking through spices. I quietly stood behind him and waited very confused. Sebastian then sighed "let me finish and I will explain" "a-ah yes". Sebastian and I went into a couple of shops getting things for a dinner and other things needed in a kitchen before he stopped at a carriage and flipped out a silver pocket watch. "One hour" he sighed and placed the bags in the carriage. "Come now " he motioned for me to enter the carriage and I hesitated before sitting across from him. He looked to me as the carriage began to move "now miss (F/N) what can you do ?" His stare sent a shiver down my spine. "I-I " I cleared my throat matching his stare "I can clean very well and tailor whatever you wish as long as I have my tools I also can make tea and make small sweets i cannot however cook big meals nor garden but I must remind that I am a fast learner" I looked into his eyes trying to keep my false courage. He smirked "for such a good maid now why would you get thrown out ?" His eyes gleamed and I clenched my fists. "My master ....he" I thought of the best way to word this "he was not the best man and hurt us loyal servants of his.... And when he would punish those who made a small mistake I showed kindness and helped them....I began taking the blame and soon he didn't want me to interfere so he threw me out" my voice was serious and my gaze was strong. I sighed and unbuttoned the few buttons on the neck of my dress exposing some of my chest "this is only one of the many on my body" I stated showing a dark scar on my chest. His eyes gleamed and the carriage stopped as he gave a small smile. "You have passed my lady" I was buttoning my dress collar back up when he said this and I smiled kindly "I will try my very best".
