So, the rest of the week was boring, but today? WHOOP- It was so, so, SO overwhelming.

 K, so I filmed my first video with the girls and I cried because the love that the comments radiated when they posted the announcement video was.... heartwarming. I love their fans already.

Then, I went to THE PARTY. I wish I never went there. 

I took 2 hours to dress up, because I wanted to make an impression on Niall, and hopefully make him break up with Ruby (Break up with your girlfriend, yeah, yeah, cuz I'm booored)

Then, I got there. It was actually a pretty nice party, ya know? His mom had cooked this amazing dinner, everyone was laughing and talking, the décor was beautiful.

BUT. Ruby was there. (of course she was ToT ) She clung to Niall the entire evening, and that's not the only thing. She stared daggers at every single girl who  came up to congratulate Niall. Like seriously, give the guy some space? 

Then, Niall told me I looked really pretty today (YAY!!!!!! HE NOTICED THE TIME AND EFFORT I PUT IN) Of course, that set Ruby off. 

"Niall?! I thought we were dating? How could you just tell another girl she looks pretty ? Emma sweetie, your hair looks terrible. You really need some lessons."

"Ruby! She's one of my best friends, okay? You don't have to be so possessive all the time!", Niall said, in a hurt tone.

"Whatever, Niall! I'm talking. She's had her eye on you ever since she came to this school. You don't realise it, but this girl is smarter than she looks."

I couldn't hear anything else. I'm ashamed, but I ran away. I just couldn't take it any more. I ran back all the way home, and didn't even acknowledge Zoe or my parents.

2 hours later, Zoe came in and asked me what was wrong. She's my elder sister, so I told her everything. When she heard the entire story, she hugged me, told me not to worry about and to get a good night's sleep. I know she meant well, but it didn't do anything. I couldn't sleep, so I decided to continue the story.

NIALL'S POV-

"We're over, Ruby. You just yelled at one of my best friends at my own farewell party and ruined my last day here, just because you couldn't stand the fact that I talk to her sometimes? I can't do this. Just... go."

Ruby whined, pleaded, cried, but I wasn't forgiving her. I saw the pain in Emma's eyes when Ruby was humiliating her. I couldn't just let our friendship go to waste over someone who didn't like me the way I was. I was tired of Ruby telling me what to do, and what not to do, and this was the last straw.

I pulled out my phone.

"Hey. I'm sorry about what Ruby said today. JSYK, I broke up with her. I hated seeing you like that. Please don't let this affect you. 

Nialler :) "

Send. I put the phone down, ignoring Ruby's messages and calls.

Hopefully, Emma would see the message tomorrow. 

Time to go to sleep. Big day tomorrow.

This is what, my 3rd chapter today? wow. This and school... I just surprised myself. Having QST helped though.... wrote some stuff then lol XD

Anyways, hope you enjoy this! I am gonna try and make my chapters longer, so this is my first step in that direction.
