Before you say it, yes, we know kpop is vast and every group or solo act is very different from the other.
But let's face it, if I were to start listing every single kpop group in existence chapter by chapter, there wouldn't be enough chapters.
Besides, kpop fans are a tight knit community made up of different fandoms who mostly get along with each other.
And the fandoms share lots of similarities with each other, like the love of the 2 F's: Fanwars and Fancams.
And RIP the mentions of any brave soul that comes after your faves.
Also, we know the trolls mouthing "Maybe if X stanned Y" on twitter, the spam accounts that ruin the search bars with their: mummy daddy +18 bts blackpink jimin jungkook Taehyung jikook mark nct lisa #kpop nsfw, tweets and the hashtag rodents that fill unrelated hashtag with fancams don't represent y'all so don't worry.
Kpop represents modern music infused with the latest fashion styles. It celebrates what music can be if we are willing to be flexible. It showcases the strengths of the fandoms.
And we love it.
So here's to kpop. And to the beautiful souls who stan it.
