"have you heard?" the brown haired male asked as he nudged his companion who was about to doze off.

"hear what?" he muttered.

"my mother's auntie's grandmother grandchild's sister in law's husband's  brother son told me that a murderer is on the loose." he said.

the other male sat up striaght from the couch he is sitting on and looked at the brown haired male like he have gone cuckoo.

"what?"

"i said, my mother's auntie's grandmother grandchild—"

"not that you idiot im talking about the last part."

he rolled his eyes.

"well chill jihoon hyung, i was just getting to that part."

"go on then chan."

"so i was told that apparently, some guy called jeon jeongguk escaped prison and i heard he might be the clown killer that everyone is talking about! isn't that crazy?" chan said his face looking surprised cause no one's ever broke out of jail.

unless...he had help.

"isn't that the case that sungcheol hyung is working on?" jihoon asked.

"yeah, we're meeting up soon though. to be honest i find it weird that jeon is arrested."

"is he your friend or something? lol." jihoon said.

chan looked at jihoon in surprise.

"oh my gosh, have cheol hyung influenced you to say lol in a sentence?"

"no, ugh chan so is that psycho your friend?"

"kinda...you know we talked a lot since the candy at the store is good, he told me that he's gonna paint something and asked if i had any red or white paint."

jihoon frozed. he remembered something that he heard from sungcheol a few days ago...

"he was seen going in his shop with red and white paint. oh gosh talking about him gives me goosebumps." sungcheol shivered with fear as he sipped on his coffee.

"hope you catch him soon." jihoon said as he drank some of his latte.

"jihoon hyung? hyung? are you with me?" chan asked, waving a hand in front of him.

"w-what? oh um come again?" jihoon asked.

"ugh i asked if you wanna watch a movie." chan grumbles at jihoon's lack of attention for him.

"jeez okay fine let's watch a movie." jihoon said as he gets up and walks to the toilet.

chan watches as jihoon disappeared behind the wooden door.

"what's up with him?" he mutters as he switched on the tv.

"we are shocked to find out that someone was found dead near the han river..."
