Chapter 3

Boris had picked me up and we were walking through the streets, wandering aimlessly

"So where do you want to go, are you hungry?"

"Umm... are there any parks nearby?"

"Yeah a few, you want to go?"

"Sure, if you don't mind" I smiled

"Alright then, let's go- and after that I want to show you my favorite place, OK?"

"OK" I grinned

Boris was pushing me on the swing

We were just talking

"So wheres you're secret place you want to show me?" I asked

"Well... thats a surprise" He stated

"Come on- tell meee!" I pleaded

"Nope, you'll see in a little while"

"Please, Boris! I don't like surprises, please tell me."

"What would you do for me to tell you?"

"ANYTHING! Please, Boris, I just hate not knowing!" I laughed

"Kiss Me"

My jaw dropped and I blushed "But... we just met yesterday- and we hardly know each other- and- and...."

"Fine.... then... go on a date with me, so we can get to know each other."

I laughed softly "Alright, when?"

"Hmm.... tomorrow, afternoon...."

"Alright, so tell me where are you taking me, and how should I dress?"

"Whatever you feel comfortable in, and a secret hideout in the forest, I think you'll like it, just trust me"

I got off the swing

"Let's leave now then" I smiled

"Sure, just follow close behind, I don't want you to get lost" He laughed

I nodded and we walked off into the forest

Boris dashed through the woods, I follwed after

We were holding hands so we wouldn't get separated

He brought me to a rock with a whole bunch of vines draped over it

I gave him a puzzled look and he grinned, moving the vines over

It was a cave

It had lanterns hung up and random things scattered around neatly

I smiled Boris walked in and lit up the lanterns, sitting down on the ground.

I sat next to him

"It's so nice down here, so peaceful and calm" I smiled

"I know right, You know... I've never showed this place to anyone else, you're the only one..."

"Really? Why me?" I asked

"I'm not sure, you're just special to me... "

I blushed slightly "Thanks, you're special to me too, Boris" I smiled

He looked up "Really?"

"Yeah, you're the nicest person I've ever met, you've been so nice to me- I trust you"

He smiled and pulled me into an unexpectant hug

I hugged back and giggled

"So, Isis, tell me about yourself."

"Hmmm, alright, what do you want to know?"

"Everything, tell me all your favorites, what do you like, whats your world like? How is different from ours" He asked

"Alright.... well my favorite colors are red, pink, and blue. I love reading and playing the piano, I have a dog named Diamond, I'm an only child...."

He was smiling "And so you have a real heart beat?" He asked

I nodded "Yeah..."

"Can... Can I listen to your heat beat? I've always wanted to listen to one...." He asked

"Uhh yeah sure I guess..."

He put his ear up against my chest and listened my my heatbeat, an extremely awkward postion...

"It's so interesting..." He smiled, sitting back up, then laying down on his side

I giggled "If you say so..."

"So, Isis, when your done here, are you going to go back?" He asked

"Well.... I don't know... I guess I have to, but now that I've met you I don't want to go back as much..."

"Please don't leave me" He pleaded

I gave him a puzzled look

"Well I mean, I don't really want to- but I have to, and besides I don't have to go right away..."

He sighed sadly "Alright.... but we you please just cuddle with me for now?"

"What?" I laughed

"Just lay down with me, I don't want to think of you leaving anymore...." He sighed

"OK.... I guess for a little while"

I laid down next to him and he wrapped his arms around me

So comfortable....

I smiled and closed my eyes.... I need a little rest anyway...

And just like that we both fell asleep.
