Chapter 18: "Just a Normal Day"

Yuno's POV:
Lately, I haven't been feeling right.

Ever since my fever finally went down, I've been getting flustered whenever i'm around Asta.

Now, that may seem totally normal, but usually its me thinking of messing up Asta.

Now....its....the other way around.

"Ughhhh!" I groaned and started slamming my head on the cafeteria table.

"What's wrong Yuno?" Mimosa asked with concern as she poured the dressing on her salad.

"Slamming a head on the table, now that's something I didn't expect from you Yuno." Leopold stated.

"Shut it." I glared and ordered.

I then picked up my head from the cafeteria table and went on to eat my lunch which was a turkey sandwich that had lettuce, tomato, mayonese, and obviously the turkey meat.

"Hello."

I looked up to see Klaus standing at our table.

"Oh hello Klaus!" Mimosa beamed.

"Do you mind if I join you for lunch?" Klaus asked clearly worried about something.

"Oh, uh, sure. But you sound troubled, what's wrong?" Mimosa asked.

"Oh. Well the brat is following me." He stated putting his tray down and sitting in the seat next to me.

"You mean Asta." Leopold suggested.

"Yes." Klaus groaned.

"Why would Asta be fol-"

"MR. SPECTS!" Asta's voice called.

Asta approched our table with an annoyed faced Noelle.

"Asta. You idiot, this is beyond stupid." Noelle groaned.

"You brat! This is exactly why I cannot deal with you!" Klaus stated.

Asta went from having an angry face to a sad teary eyed face.

"You meanie! How could you say such a thing!" Asta pouted.

"Eh? I-i didn't think you cared so much..." Klaus said with a look of surprise.

"What's going on?" Mimosa asked clearly as confused as I was.

"Well you see... there was an announcement that they were gonna make a class where everyday a Magic Knight Captain would teach." Noelle stated.

"Wow! That sounds so great!" Mimoza beamed.

"Yes. They would choose 20 students out of the entire school to attend the class, I think it's gonna be the fourth class of the day if you get in." Noelle explained.

Oh wow, only 20? The odds...

"So then why is Asta so sad?" Leopold asked.

Noelle looked over the two the back at us, "Because Klaus kept telling Asta he had no chance at getting in because he's a brat who can't even learn his name."

I internally facepalmed, that's so like him...

Mimosa laughed nervously.

"Asta!"

Asta looked at him with a teary face.

"You shouldn't let four-eyes over here let you down! Come on cheer up! I'm sure your gonna get choosen!" Leopold placed his hand on Asta's head and patted it with a smile.

Asta cheered up in 0.5 seconds, "You're right Leo! I am gonna get choosen, and you know why? Because i'm gonna be the wizard king!" Asta beamed.

"Asta...."

"Hahahaaaa....ahh...."

"Idiot."

"That's right! And i'll stand by your side!" Leopold beamed.

Asta's POV:
Yea! Leo believes in me! I'm gonna get choosen!

Me and Yuno were in our dorm practically bored to death.

We had already done our homework, cleaned the entire dorm, and did our laundry.

So now here we are, laying on our beds practically dying.

"Uuuggghhhhh I need something to doo!" I groaned.

Yuno didn't say a word back.

"Hey Yuno? Are you ignoring me?" I asked sitting up.

"W-what do you mean? Y-you're imagining things..." Yuno answered. Still laying down facing the ceiling.

I got up and placed myself above him and into his veiw.

"Tell me the truth." I ordered.

His face went red as I gripped his hands above him within mine.

"A-asta, l-let go.." Yuno looked away and tried to loosen my grip on his hand.

"I-i'm not l-lying." Yuno said flustered.

"Then why are you studdering?" I asked using my hand to face him to look at me.

Yuno looked at me then instantly reached up and kissed me.

Author: Another wonderful update finished.

Asta: Author-chan! Author-chan! Am I gonna top Yuno next chapter?!

Author: That I cannot tell you.

Yuno: He wishes he could.

Author: Idk...you'd be surprised.

Asta*winks and grabs Yuno's chin*: I have some skills of my own Yuno, so you better be ready to be wrecked.

*Yuno blushed tomato red*

Yuno*crouches in a corner red-faced*: Whyyyyy
