Quirk description: Haruto can control water, and also make it into anything he desires. The problem with it is, he has to have either water nearby or recently drank water (about three hours, based on how much he drank. The more he does, the more powerful his quirk is) for it to work.

Personality: ambitious, nerdy as hell, quiet, is good under pressure (but if you push him way too much, he'll snap), socially awkward, hot-headed, brutally honest, and is rather sweet once you get to know him enough.
