Phone Guy dead? (Five Nights At Freddy's 1)

Well it's that guy from night 1 to night 5. Well if you haven't guess its phone guy c'mon ._. Alright every night until night 5 there is a person who call Mike/you/protagonist is who helps you know what to do. But on night 5 if you listen really closely you could hear a banging on the door which the only character that does that is foxy and then you hear Freddy's song, but they both happen to be on the same door on the other hand the phone could be on the kitchen camera while it is happening and then bonnie couldn't be the death of the phone guy because he is also on the same door with foxy so that leaves chica. At the very end of the call you could hear him say "oh no" then it stops, thus continuing night. Who caused Phone guys death? The only one that would most likely would of done it was chica, but thats just a theory ^~^. So this wraps up this theory and look forward for more of these. Bye!
