I just finished recording my music video Feng Shui when my phone started ringing I picked it up to see my manager out in Roc Nation calling me
Me: yo whats up
Law: hey man I know its short notice but I need you to be out here in LA in two days
Me: dang okay man ill get on a plane tomorrow morning
Law: okay man I know its short notice but its a big business move we gotta talk about it in person

Me: yeah I known her for 7 years and she the homie cousin

Law: we want to sign her under Roc Nation Jay and Bey love her sound but the music she doing isnt the right fit for her

Law: exactly so we set up a meeting and we wanted her to meet someone who we signed that was from Korea also so I think this would be a good fit for her and a good move
Me: I think so too man alright ill get my flight and fly out in the morning be there in the afternoon

we hung up and i wouldnt help but feel the smile on my face i finsihed what i was doing at my video shoot then got into my car and drove off to my house and started to pack my bag i let Minsik know that im flying to the states earlier and that ill be checking up on chloe for him he thanked me and i walked out of my house and got into the taxi and went to the airport and got onto the plane waiting for this long as flight

i was at the Roc Nation Office sitting in the lobby on my phone looking at instagram liking picture or answering fans messages when i seen a pair of feet standing in front of me i looked up and seen Jay standing in front of me making me smile i stood up and hugged him
me: what are you doing here
Jay: girl this my label
me: ohhh shit i forgot
he chuckled and sat down nexted to me
Jay: how you been
Me: in the dark
he sighed and leaned back in his seat
Me: if you think it has to do with anything with you or what we went through it doesnt jay i could never be mad at you to the point where i go into a depression i have depression because i had a miscarriage i was in a toxic relationship and people using me for clout nothing to deal with you
He looked at me and nodded
Jay: how have you been getting out of your depression
Me: my music my family crying i dont like my depression to win so i try to get out of it as fast i can before it gets worse
Jay: so how are you today
Me: better actually i spent the whole day with family which helped me out being around them helped me alot
He smiled and nodded
Jay: well im gald your doing better i hope it stays like this
me: thank you i hope so too
He smiled at me once again then Law walked into the Lobby and walked over to us

Law: im glad and also glad you already know Jay also
Me: ohh yeah been bestfriends for what 7 years

Law: nice so i wanted to have this meeting with you to talk to you about coming to Roc Nation and doing music here no do the music you want to do here

Law: yes of course Jay does english and Korean music under us and everything its different and i can just see your fans loving this change or transition into something other then your sex appeal

Law and Jay laughed and Law got the paper work i read it over real carefully then signed

he smiled and we walked to the studio i got into the booth and started singing this song i wrote a long time ago
i walked out of the booth and Law and Jay looked at me shook

i went back into the booth and started singing my songs i hope my fans love this new sound
