Destiney

Chapter Two : love

Today 1:26 A.M.

someone shakes me wakeing me up. " Chris, get up its time for you watch. " it sounded like Carly, but I don't know who it is. then she comes clearly and its Emma.

" okay you go to sleep. " I say.

I get up out of my sleeping bag duck out of the tent and Emma goes into the sleeping bag I was in. when I get out of the tent, I pick up a my bow and sheated arrows that I stole from cabelas'. I just relized we steal alot from cabelas'. I walk over to a tree and lean on it. I hear someone openning the the tent. Destiney comes out of the tent half asleep and her hair is crazy. " well hello beutiful. " I say.

" oh shut up. " Destiney says.

" So why are you up? "

" because I can't sleep. "

" well how about this I'll help you sleep. "

" how? "

" i will bore you to sleep. "

" I guess that will work. "

We walk to the tent and she gets in her sleeping bag. I turn around grab a chair and pull it close to where she is laying, but she has already fell asleep. I get back up put the chair back and go back to the tree I was leaning on.

5 hours later( 6:36 )

I hear Something rustles in the bushes, then I load my bow. A little rabbit comes out of the bush. " oh, its just you little rabbit. " I say.

Then he almost hops away when I shoot an arrow in his face. I pick him up by the arrow in his face and walk over to the to the campfire. Now it's just coals. I get some sticks to start a fire, so I can roast the rabbit. I get the fire started and take the rabbit off the arrow and put it on one of the sharpened sticks by the tent. it takes a few minutes to skin it but I get a clean pelt from the white rabbit. I put the pelt with the others in my pack by the fire. while I roast the rabbit, I notice that the sun is coming up. I stayed up past my shift oh well. once the rabbit is done I split it up and put it on plates from my pack. I put the plates on each of our chairs. I walk to the tent and everyone is still sound asleep. I look over to destiny and there is a book there. I walk in the tent and pick it up. I open it up and the first thing I see is:

Dear Diary

so I decide to read it just a little.

5/6/01 Dear Diary,

now if anyone is reading this don't get the idea I'm a mushy gushy girly girl. today we went to cabelas and thats where I found this. we also stole: ( ya stole ) a tent, 5 sleeping bags, 6 camping chairs, and plates. I don't know this but I think I'm falling in love with someone I won't write who it is because someone might be reading this. I know this is short but I need to sleep.

I skip ahead to the last entry.

7/18/01 Dear Diary,

I can't write much because I'm pretending to sleep.

" hey! you can't read that! " Destiney screams at me inturrepting me reading her Diary.

" okay, okay. " I say while I toss the Diary to her. " so who is this boy you love. "

" none of your biusness and please don't tell them I have a diary. "

" okay, only if you tell me who you are in love with. "

" what!?!? "

" just tell me, and I won't tell them. "

" why do you want to know? "

" just wondering. now is it me, Alex, or Eli? "

" its you. " she mumbles.

" what? I couldn't hear you. "

" its you, okay. " she stands there biting her lip and sqeezing her eyes shut.

" me too. " I say leaning in to kiss her as she opens her eyesin shock.

When are lips touch I put my arms on her waist and she slowly wraps her arms around my neck. her lips feel warm and its amazing. I sware it has been minutes of none stop kissing. when we break apart I notice everyone is awake watching at us. " since when are you guys all kissy face. " Carly says.

" since, right now. " I say

" wow " Emma says

" ohh ya, breakfest is ready. its in our chairs. "

We walk to our chairs and we eat in silence.

6 hours later ( 12:47 )

We were sitting in camp then there was noises that sound like earasers. " sshh. " I say staying calm in my seat.

About 26 Earasers come from the bushes. " looks like dinner " he tries to say but I shot him right in the throut.

" 1 down 25 to go. are you guys ready? its time to train. " I say dropping my bow and pulling out my knife.

I run at them as I get to them I cut one in the throut then turn and jabb one in the heart. 3 down 22 left.Carly is at my side already cutting into an Eareser. I grab one of my arrows and stab it in the Eareser next to me. he goes down hard. 11 down 14 left. Destiney and Alex make it over with their swords. Emma comes with her hachet. about a minute later they are all dead so we bring them over to the fire so we can slowly burn them. once we the Earesers got the we sat down. " there was a lot that time. " said Alex

" ya, like way more than usaul. " said Emma

" we need to move camp. " I say

" why? " Destiney says

" because they know where we are so they will only come in bigger and bigger numbers and soon we will be overwhelmed. " I say

" okay let's pack guys. "
