Summer Break has finally arrived and
the warm summer breeze refreshed my flushed cheeks. Just as I was about to take a stroll to the woods, my cell phone started ringing. "Come my child, or you shall pay" cackled a lady on the other end. I glanced at the cell phone screen, the person on the other end had blocked their name and phone number.
My face started to relax as I reached the woods. It felt like the woods was my second home. I turned around and saw a pond with crystal clear water. Slouching down, I splashed some cold water on my face. Suddenly, I felt a scratchy hand grasp my neck and held it under water. I couldn't think or breathe. Before I knew it, I blacked out.
