Chapter 1

              I opened my eyes and noticed I was at my desk 'I must've fallen asleep trying to find them again.' I knew I couldn't let Michelle know, she's been worrying about me since I passed out when we were about to go shopping one time. 'Looks like it's time to get ready.'

Small time skip

After I got ready I went downstairs to see Michelle waiting for me at the table. "We need to talk, Phoenix."She said. 'Did she know I was asleep at my desk?' I thought worried, 

"What do we need to talk about Michelle?"I asked as I took a seat at the table. 

"Not now, eat we'll talk after breakfast" She said as she started to eat her breakfast. 

"Ok." Was all I said before I started to eat. When we finished we went to the living room where Michelle waited for me to sit down before she started to speak 

"Phoenix" she started softly, "I know you want to find the others but you know they wouldn't want you slowly killing yourself trying to find them." She continued just as softly as she started. 'I felt guilty I was killing myself trying to find them, and along with that I was making Michelle worried sick about me' 

 "I'm sorry Michelle, I promise i'll try not overwork myself anymore." I said and I meant it. 

"You know Maya is even more worried than I am, and you know how worried I've been about you Phoenix" She said. 

"I know Michelle I'll try my best not to worry either of you, it's just I miss them so much we were all family." I stated with tears in my eyes of what happened. 

"I know what you mean but it wasn't your fault." She told me softly. 

"But I could have done something to warn them. I should have seen it coming when she had that smirk on her face even when she was losing!" I screamed upset with myself for not protecting my family.
