I stare into the eye's of a wild Scorbunny 'AMAZING FINDING'S!, The pad on it's nose and feet radiate tremendous heat!' This region is still so new! barely no one knows anything about the Pokémon here "GO!" I yell as I throw the pokeball at the Scorbunny, "NICE!" As much as I want my first Pokémon to be Mew, I made the realization a while ago. I might need to battle it, and I just hope to Arceus It doesn't battle me. Tho Mew does have the genes of all Pokémon, Might as well as catch em' all! Plus kinda need a scorbunny to finish my research on it. Shame, that I didn't actually go on my own journey when I turned ten. My parent's didn't really like the thought of a Ten year old being alone wandering the world alone. Would caught so many pokemon.

I shove the pokeball in my side bag for safe keeping, as I sigh. I get a strange feeling I'm being watched... I shake it off as I was jolting down notes and sketching the pokemon that were around in it. I hear a loud cry that sounded like a legendary pokemon?,I stand and turn, "I guess I was right about being watched" I say as a swam of Rookidee's were behind me. 'Welp,I'm Fucked...' I thought as Rookiedee's are known to challenge any opponent, Human or pokemon...  I slowly back away,And make a run for it once I realise they are gonna dive at me at second.

Outta all the day's...  I don't have any pokemon on me that can take on that many at once,Had to be the day, I needed to complete my research on Scorbunny for Prof Oak In Kanto... I ran even faster trying to make it back to the lab before I get attacked,in my careless panic I trip over a tree root that was sticking outta the ground, "Ahh" I help in pain,I twisted my ankle I just hoped I didn't sprain my ankle to badly 'Welp i'm done for now'
 
"PIKACHU THUNDERBOLT" 'Wat? Thunderbolt' Has someone come to my rescue? What is my luck!, I turn to see a big flash of thunderbolt coming from the small mouse Pokémon I Shield my eye's 'I didn't know Pikachu was that strong? taking out a whole horde of Rookiedee's?!' "Good job buddy!" The tall boy said as he patted the Pikachu's head, He turned and helped me up and I just can't help to stare. "I-I Thanks!" I stuttered over my word's, having no idea what's come over me "Don't mention it!" He smiled. I hear the cry again, we look up in the sky and see the legendary Pokémon Ho-Oh! "Whoa! I've only see Ho-Oh in Prof Oak's research paper's" I exclaimed, A feather float's down and lands in the older boy's hands. "YOUR JOKING!" I yelled excited, The boy looked down at me confused "What's this?" he asked. "That's my dear friend, is 'The Rainbow Wing, These feathers are said to bring happiness to the bearer's' You must be luck as hell to get one!" "THAT'S SO COOL!" he yelled in excitement "Quick Pikachu, Think of the best thing we want to happen to us!" he told his Pikachu as they both closed their eye's. "I don't think that's how it works" I giggle'd. He leans me a hand up,I thank him for the save. Hoping I could still walk 'BEEP BEEP' I looked at my watch and panicked "Ooo Fuck! I got to go!" I waved to the cute 'cute?' boy and ran to the lab in a rush with bareable pain in ankle.

Once I got there, I took off my bag and dug thew it...  'WHERE'S MY BOOK!" I panicked I was suppose to show prof Oak todays finding! "Shit" I whispered to myself, I didn't leave it in the tall grass did I?

Ash's POV

The person left in such a rush, I didn't even get a name. I sighed as I spotted a Dark blue book on the floor, The hard cover seemed worn out a little."Pika?" Pikachu gave me a worried look. I open it, hoping the they put a phone number or an address in the book so I could give it back. I flicked thought the pages this in awe, they were an amazing artist! So Detailed, And had small cramped note's of the Pokémon on the page's. I flicked to the back and saw an address 

"PROPERTY OF  GOH (Wedgehurst Lab)" I read out the small handwriting
"To Wedgehurst Lab,Pikachu!"
